Hidden fees. Having to pay incidental fees with cash.

The staff is super friendly and remembered us from staying with them before. They had a room available earlier than we were supposed to check in and let us get in and rest up before the Braves game.

Clean hotel, bed very comfortable. Coffee and bagels good. For an overnight for braves game, can't be beat. $ 5 per person for ride to stadium, no return trips.

The front desk clerk was so much nicer then I usually experience in the area. He seemed to really care and apologized for the elevator not being available. I understood.

I really wish there was a way you can get a detector for pot smoke. It is such a problem in hotels. Short term rentals have all the fees and hotels have the pot smoke. I didn't tell the clerk because there is nothing they usually can do.

Terrible & limited breakfast. TV freezing & skipping, they had no response for it.

The sheets were dirty in the 1st room, the 2nd room they switched us to had black mold on walls, ceiling and curtains and towels and bathroom were dirty. Left tge hotel and to Tru by Hilton

The person who checked me in was very nice and courteous. The room was clean and everything was in order. Had a minor problem with my tub and someone was sent promptly to look at it. However, ended up being an error on my part. Great service.

Compaired to others reviews, I was very pleased ! Everything was clean, not fancy, but we were pleased.Pool was great, free breakfast(it was good, get there early, if you want orange juice), staff was friendly and helpful.I was really surprised how quiet.

Phone didn't work, but we didn't need it. Lamp shade should be replaced.

Convenience to the ball park and easy accesss from the highway are both major pluses. Clean and comfortable room. Only issue was the wailing of the small refrigerater that apparently was in it's death knell and scared the crap out of me at 4am lol.

Not a fan of the price gouging during games against some teams. Rate tripled for a series with boston. Breakfast was slim to no pickings when I arrived at 9am. Coffee machine displayed an error message with "time to clean" and was inoperable.

Room was dirty and smelled bad, the tub clogged when we showered and the pool was closed even though we booked it because it said it had a pool.

The plugs in the room keeps going off and on making the light flicker and wouldn¿t change my phone I had to put my phone in the car for it to charge . There was supposed to be breakfast and that was not it!! There was juice toast muffins plain and bluebe

Noisy hallway, rusted bathtub, malfunctioning bathroom fan.

It was a very good location to the highway and Truist Park. Despite its proximity to the highway its was quite.

It's currently in the process of renovation and the one day I could sleep in I was woken up by construction sounds.

The wifi signal is terrible in some parts of the building your getting little to no signal

laundry facilities were outside with no seating to wait for laundry. Took two loads to dry an average size load of laundry

Hotel didn¿t look like pics! Toilet was broke, no indoor pool, Tv wasn¿t working neither. Hotel says it¿s a non smoking and all you can smell is marijuana.
