Location. Friendly staff. Nice (but pretty generic) breakfast. Cleanliness. Spacious & quiet rooms. Balcony.

Takes about 5 minutes for the bathroom tap water to get hot. No clock in room. Elevator card reader very slow.

The breakfast was great! That's one of the first things I look for when choosing a place to stay.

Several: They only have enough towels for each room to have 1, full size towel. We asked several times for just 1 more towel, and they kept telling us that they didn't have any. The valet left our vehicle out all night and still charged us.

That it had been recently remodeled.

The receptionist checked me into the wrong room then made us move. Also the new room had a ceiling fan that made a high pitch noise.

Suite was good and cozy, well equipped and reasonably clean. Breakfast was served on time and had a decent selection of food. Overall smooth experience, great location of the hotel and helpful and efficient staff.

They did not have extra pillows in the front desk, so it was slightly inconvenient. Otherwise a great stay.

Proximity to GaTech basketball arena. Suite was spacious.

Experience could have been significantly better without much additional cost to hotel: 1) toilet paper was terribly cheap and flimsy, 2) tv in bedroom was good but tv in living room got very few stations 3) no creamer for coffee 4) only 1 glass and 1 cup

Single king instead of 2 queens booked. Shower wand didn't work. Handicap bench in shower broken. Bathroom sink bottom rotten and moldy. Toilet stopped up at 3am. Noone to fix and no room change made available. Had to go from 5th to 1st floor for bathro

location, breakfast and valet parking. Bed/pillows were comfortable and shower was clean. Front staff and all other staff were very polite.

Door was hard to close, had to slam it. Room service knocked at 8:30 am to clean room- there was no do not disturb sign, one was not provided. Only one glass was in kitchen, the sugar/creamer containers were open-wrappers were both opened.

The suite had a mini kitchen which was convenient

The staff was unhelpful. I asked for extra supplies four times, via phone, in person and with a written list and did not receive them over numerous days. The hotel is under construction so the only door is in a garage with entrances via driveways.

The location was great. Breakfast was good too.

The hotel only had valet parking. They charged 454 per day for this service. This is a very inflated price.

Limited maid service was REALLY limited. No one stepped into our room the 4days/4nights we were there, even to empty trash or replace coffee. No usable silverware. No wine glasses. Repeated requests to housekeeping for supplies were ignored. Disappointing

Upon arrival room was not available was offered a room for a lesser value than initial book. The room we needed up with carpet was extremely wet and smelled like mildew. Was not offered another room until the night before check out.

I like the room but only swimming pool little bit dirty but I understand now hotel less employees but the rest is perfect

Parking was $40/ not, only a bagel for breakfast. No juice, etc. They should just not have anything.

When we booked we thought the pool would be open and it wasn¿t we were suppose to have a different breakfast it was a grab and go and very limited and picked over. My room had wet spots on floor carpet throughout. My phone didn¿t work. The TVs didnt Work

Lack of staff,call the front desk no answer, always had to go to the desk to ask for anything, needs mechanical work, parking garage exit inconvenient located,had to be given another room due to stained furniture, and a running toilet

The location. The hotel need to be remodeled, a new cleaning staff, and the front desk need to put their customers first and solve the problem. Need to refund their customers when they know they messed up!

When you pay close to $--- for a room, it should be clean without dirty sheets. We got towels, wash cloths, and sheets after 12am and had to put the sheets on ourselves. Those were dirty too so we slept on our jackets and blankets we travel with.

The place was generally filthy. And not just my room. Anyone can get into the hotel by going through the stairs from parking. They are not locked and they doors to the hallways are not locked. It is unsafe.
