Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta Downtown

It was absolutely wonderful! I was quite surprised at the level of expertise of the staff, the ambiance and pure warmth of luxury of the room, the Bistro's delicious food, and Hallie and Shundra both displayed, exceptional guest/customer service.

Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. However, just a little more lighting in the room may benefit some of its guest (like me), but, I also understand that the present degree of lighting may be the "signature tone" of the Marriott's legacy.

Staff was very nice and helpful.

It wasn't the hotel's fault, but I was there when the water was out in Atlanta so not having water for the last day and a half I was there was unpleasant. There was no communication from the hotel about it, but they did give me bottled water for free.

The hotel was in great condition, modern decor,room was super clean,the staff was professional and efficient.

Parking is offsite , so the discounted parking offered by the hotel is $30 a night.

Location. Close to Marta. Close to Shops, Restaurants.

I was overcharged. My card was debited twice.$250 on 29th,$290 on 30th. I stayed 2 nights, waiting for over $270 refund. Charged differently from customer in line, I overheard conversation,his card had a $150 hold, not right.

Just a few steps from the Peachtree Marta Station. It was the perfect location for why I was in town. Front desk staff is terrific, especially the gentleman that checked me in.

Nothing worth writing about.

Couldn't find valet on day of checkout...had to catch a flight.

The hotel room was very nice. The setup was very different from other hotels. Wood floors, a big bathroom, and very roomy.

When I arrived the valet was no where to be found and I had to wait. In addition to that there was a dental flosser in one of our beds which was disgusting.

The beds were nice. We stayed in a renovateroom.

The hotel charged use $250 for incidentals. Which were not aware of.

The staff made me feel comfortable on the first day and all the way to the last day. Great service...

They were doing maintenance and some ice machines were down, other than that service went well.

I scheduled a wake up call, but did not receive it. The cost for parking is too high at $35 per night plus tips to the valet service.

the internet worked. The coffee was excellent -- I brought my own, and they provided a refrigerator for my milk.

too small, no bath tubs, no parking, and construction that broke up the streets and sidewalks. 100% negative for a disabled person. Also, no restaurants in the restaurant or conveniently adjacent, so we had to eat all meals at our business location.

My room was spacious, clean and nice

Was not aware parking is $20-35 per night, though it's standard for hotels in downtown Atlanta.

The shower and the soft mattresse

Could not get food or drink after a certain time in the evening , sorry the bar was not open after 11pm

Th cleanliness

The room was smaller than I expected and it was not in good walking distance to the attraction I came to see. They also gave us a king bed when I specified how many people would be staying and didn't have any doubles available.

Good central location downtown. Bathrooms are nice.

Allowed homeless to sleep on outdoor "dining" area. TV did not work. Mysterious stain on the wall. Thin walls.
