The shower was amazing the room was cozy! The restaurant was very nice and had a great view and the food was pretty good.

The location there is no where to park on your own. It took valet over 30 minutes to bring my car to me.

I enjoy the aesthetics of the hotel. I also like the staff was super friendly and they greet you as you’re walking into the hotel and open the door for you hands down. This has to be one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel.

in regards to the hotel, I honestly have no negative comments at this time

The room was a fair size

Too much noise outside the room, when the doors were closing, they are so loud, it seems to be lots of closing and opening doors at all hours of the morning early morning throughout the night, and the valet parking was a mess so disorganised lots of queueing the valet People like to have a long conversations with drivers whilst there’s Cuzz queueing back up on the road so disorganised

    Location, cleanliness and service

Everything was exceptional except for one gentleman who worked the evening desk Saturday night. He was unnecessarily rude and tainted the experience. Which is why the property didn’t receive a 10.

    - The property is exceptionally well-designed - Great in room dining and restaurant/bar program

    - The rooftop restaurant is too frequently leased out to private parties during the weekends (they probably should limit the frequency to small weddings and biz events etc as this clogs the parking and it’s just too much drama with noise, random ppl, etc)

The local car service was so helpful, and our driver Slim helped us make sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable day exploring Buckhead!

    Stylish and up scale property

Their contact system is horrible. You can’t reach anyone directly over the phone. For example, you have to talk to a robot to do anything and then are routed 3:4+ times before you can get to room service. It was terrible.

    Restaurant to expensive.

    Location fab, rooms fab

What we were promised when booked wasn’t honoured. When we questioned the hotel they said the deals have stopped even though we received a messaged a couple of days before departure. Hotel focus too much on corporate business and then don’t respond to messages. Shame as could be a decent hotel.

The property is as gorgeous as expected having stayed at multiple Thompson Hotel locations.

Not having any dining option beyond midnight on a weekend in Atlanta is quite inconvenient. Additionally, looked forward to a drink at Dirty Rascal but it was not open on the evening(Saturday) of my stay.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating

You must pay close attention when you’re driving up to the hotel or you’ll miss it. The driveway is kind of a tight fit because they are always busy.

Clean hotel and they dod an great job decorating the room for my sons birthday!

I noticed significant changes since my last stay a year ago. The staff seemed less accommodating to children, especially after the closure of the kid-friendly restaurant just two weeks prior to our visit. Despite the unannounced closure, there was no mention of this on the website when we made the reservation. The restaurant staff at Tesserae did not seem welcoming to children, except for our great waitress, Adrianna, who made our experience more pleasant. I observed several issues such as the lack of stocked toiletries in our room, a leaking shower that was not addressed after I reported it to the front desk, and our bathroom not being cleaned the next day despite leaving a note for toiletries it was ignored. Additionally, my request for extra pillows and a suitcase rack was disregarded. When I raised my concerns to the management about the lack of child-friendly food options and the absence of prior notice, they suggested we move to another hotel and waive our early check-out fee, which was not a feasible solution for us. Eventually, after expressing my dissatisfaction, the manager offered a refund for our breakfast, which I accepted. However, based on this experience, I am unlikely to recommend or stay at this hotel again.
