Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta Midtown

I was in a big truck even though there was limited space they found me a parking spot thanks.

The location

The bed sheets and the pillows have a faint smell of a dead rat.

The location is great. Right where my business was and close to a lot of restaurants bars etc.

Here's the thing, the hotel has no concierge. I'm used to having a resorse for local information in the hotel. While friendly enough, it seemed the staff at this hotel knew very little about the area. Just poor training.

Customer service was the best I've experienced in many years. Lovely staff, clean room, helped us relax after a very stressful travel day.

Great location to the Fox Theater

The bathroom since water pressure was terrible; more like a drip than an actual water flow. Thank goodness the shower wasn¿t the same.

Beautiful hotel and staff was great

Spiral parking garage is tough to navigate and the Fox Theater across the street had a comedy show. The hotel parking garage was used for the event and this is not good for hotel guests staying and paying $32 per day to park in the hotel parking garage.

The room was absolutely gorgeous. Immaculate bathroom, Comfy bed, great desk area.

It is a very nice new property. The staff was very friendly and always smileing.

The water temperature in the shower never made it past warm (I ran the water for 45 mins hoping it would heat up without success) Maintenance not there at all times. when the safe malfunctioned at 11pm it took 9 hours to get opened. No car keys or wallet

I didn¿t like anything since I needed to change the date and the Priceline reservation I had would not allow it. I will not use Priceline again for hotels.

There was no breakfast . I was not told that parking would cost 45.00$ a night

It was clean and everyone was friendly I loved that I was able to walk everywhere

The page says breakfast included but not really they just mean there’s a restaurant downstairs that you can pay for breakfast. I was also charged $90 for 2 days of parking, even though the page says parking garage available doesn’t tell you unless you open ALL the tabs that you have to pay per night $47
