Cons -
- It was a little confusing to navigate to the hotel from the garage at first. The bedside lamps would not turn on. Only complaint.
- I had ordered flowers for my wife to come to the hotel and be placed in the room. They arrived but never made it to our room. Call the the staff 3 times..No call backs and flowers never made it. I sure hope someone enjoyed a -- dollar arrangement.

I'm a road Warrior for the last 30 years in Sales. I have spend well over 1000 nights in Marriott properties. This by far was the worst experience ever. Staff is untrained and the whole configuration is disappointing.

It was frustrating there was no option to get a snack other than the $12 or higher items in the room. I wanted a Chai Latte in the morning and was told I had to go to the bar to get it. Once there at the restaurant they said the bar was closed but they could make it, but it took a few people to figure out if they could event do it. After 15 minutes they came back with it and it was a Dirty Chai (with coffee), not clue why as I asked for a chai latte. Luckily, I tased before I paid/left and again it took a few people to figure out what to do and then it was another 10 minutes to get the new ones. For a high-end hotel not having a coffee/tea bar was disappointing. Staff was very nice, just seemed very green, one even said no one ever ordered one before, seems unlikely.
Clean room
Ambulance 3 times a night, loud gangster music in the alley, confusing road to the entrance
Clean, staff friendly if you can find them
Really overpriced. They could have at least left 2 bottles of water, not one.
The bed was comfortable and quiet. The rooms were spacious and relaxing. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was really good.
The breakfast was hot and delivered in a timely manner . We were offered a $50 gift card even though the breakfast was suppose to be free. The staff is not very friendly from checkout to breakfast. The valet guys were pretty good
The omelet was burnt and the service was nice but a little bit sarcastic when we asked her about breakfast . We could not enjoy the lobby after 8 it felt like a club with lots of people that weren’t staying at the hotel. The employees aren’t very friendly .
location
I reserved a high-level skyline king room, and did not get that. I made the reservation over a month prior to the stay and was told that they ran out of king rooms. This is disheartening due to the fact that I am a loyal customer. I travel to Atlanta 12 to 15 times out of the year and every time I reserve a room at this hotel. The young lady assigned the room and charged my card without telling me that they change the room. I went up to the room and realized this is not what I reserved. The hotel attendant gave the excuse that they ran out, however, the price of the room, which was almost $500 did not change. This is unacceptable for loyal customers or anyone for that matter.
great property and terrible experience
shady people trying to follow me and my wife up to our room + on property fist fighting + inattentive staff
I absolutely loved this hotel! We stayed here for the Taylor Swift concert and while getting around ATL was kind of a pain due to the sheer amount of people in town that weekend, I think we made a great choice on our hotel. The room was great, I loved the design of it. I also loved that there was a full length mirror with spots to hang an outfit and a steamer available to steam our wrinkles. I have never had that before and if I was getting dressed up for an event, that would be incredible to have available in a hotel room rather than bringing my own portable steamer.I loved that Grown Alchemist toiletry products were provided, a super nice touch. We were upgraded to a corner room and the next morning we had the most amazing sunrise view of Atlanta from our window. The location was amazing, there was so much to do and see around the hotel that we will have to come back and stay again. We loved the bar area and the front desk staff were amazing, really kind and upbeat during what I am sure was a stressful weekend. We tried out the St. Germain bakery and Velvet Taco in the connecting building, both were lovely. I'm a little bummed we didn't have a longer stay!
One of our towels appeared to have some kind of stain on it, but it was resolved easily. Nothing else was subpar, we really did have a great stay.
Good location in the heart of downtown Atlanta.
My credit card was charged multiple times for the stay. I called the hotel several times and could not get someone on the phone. Someone finally called back after multiple days of calling and leaving a message. They told me they would correct the mistake and then my card was charged again.
Room was clean and bed was comfortable.Very impressive, decor was amazing.Bathroom was very nice, appreciated that toilet had its own door. Staff friendly and helpful.Food and cocktails at Drawback really good.
We like the location was great because it was central to where we needed to go.
The toilet set was not put on well and would shift to one side while seated. Not good for the price per night. Things should be in excellent condition.
