Staff were friendly and professional

I booked a king room and got an accessible my fiancé has a back problem so him reaching down for everything because it was an accessible really was inconvenient. On top of that since it was an accessible the shower so every shower gave us soaking floor

The layout, (especially the shower) and the cleanliness

That it wasn’t a tub inside as well.

Location

The lady at the front desk charged me an extra 200.00 when the room was already paid for. The shower leaked.

I love everything about this hotel. I like the fact that pets aren't allowed. The staff is always friendly. Great location.

The cleanliness

At checkin staff was not friendly. Shower leaks a lot - it was like a lake when I got out.

Currently rooms are clean, smell fresh, and have very comfortable beds. Hotel lobby is inviting, open, and clean currently. Will currently recommend hotel. Location is excellent!

Wipe down exterior furniture. Fix ice machines. Unfriendly front desk staff member! Improve breakfast! Weed smoking in parking deck and on hotel 2nd Floor! Nobody knows the terrible smell or do they all smoke it? What a joke! It smells awful!

Clean interior. Clean and comfortable rooms. Proximity to high end restaurants and prime shopping. Complimentary Starbucks coffee.

Ice makers not working during this visit. Breakfast should be included in hotel price. Breakfast valued less than what was paid. Alcoholic beverages at front desk more than in the bar! Why??

The location is excellent - walking distance to Perimeter Mall and a vast amount of options for dining. Very clean hotel. Very friendly and courteous staff. Abundant parking. Safe.

Good location, nice hotel

The water was lukewarm the first night. It was meant for my wife to have a staycation. She felt that we could have stayed home.

Everything was nice and clean customer service was good

The remote didn't work

The water took forever to get hot, Morning staff had me on hold for a long period of time

Only thing great about this hotel is the location. Staff is rude! Room was dated.

Please Beware! I was charged additionally twice for a room that was already paid for. The guy at the front desk messed up and the GM, PG stated that he did however they are giving me the runaround about issuing me a full refund. It’s been a month with no resolution nor full refund. I have called and talked with so many different people at this establishment to get this issue resolved but they keep trying to cover it up and brush me off. Please Beware of this hotel!

Metro king - don’t accept...

Booked a king room and ended up in “metro” king. Worst room layout ever.

I liked the location, the atmosphere. Everything was great.

There are microwaves in the room, and one of the bedsheets were dirty prior to us being in the room

The hotel was nice newer modern but that was it.

Did not get a wifi password, tv did not work thru out my stay and the morning I was leaving house keeping knocked on my door answer I did not need service at the moment and open the door either way! Truly unacceptable if I did not have the door stopper would've walked right in while I was still sleeping and mind you it was 8:35 am. When checking out I address my concerns and the only thing I got was " I'm sorry to hear that we have no management on site please call during the week" Very surprise a hotel this big does not have a manager onsite at all times.

Clean, quiet, overall modern and upscale

The breakfast buffet was pricey but the lady over the buffet was professional and inviting.
