The location, cleanliness and staff
Yes the dead body outside of the hotel premises and detectives knocking at our door for whatever reason we are assuming due to the dead body we have in our camera roll. Very inconsiderate of the hotel guest and we were not informed due to our safety

The bed mattress was to hard. Woke up with a back ache
Room above mine was loud and cleaning staff was loud with carts etc at all hours
I had reserved a king room and was told that there were none available when I checked in. I then was given an excuse that there were limited rooms in service. If that was the case why was I able to book a king room. I checked in around 3 pm.

Did not eat at the facility.
Two of the five nights were horrible. The A/C was broken in one room and the water was broken in the other room. I spoke with the manager regarding reimbursement and he offered points. That was unacceptable. I requested a reimbursement and that was not done even though he agreed to that. I feed that the facility was a horrible experience.
Very clean and quiet. Great views of the city. Staff was friendly.
