WoodSpring Suites Atlanta Airport

I did not enjoy the hotel. I did not feel comfortable and could not stay the duration of my trip.

The room was gross, the hallways have a strong, strange smell. Hair everywhere, bugs, men hanging out in front of the hotel, lounging on my car, etc. Nope, Never again!

it was okay easy in and out the location was great.

The day I was checking out they came to my door twice rushing me and my family out. Annoying!

First We loved the location of this hotel!!! The staff is great, from the front desk associates to housekeeping. The room was Extremely clean, spacious and so comfortable!! Definitely was home away from home. I think this might be our place to book going forward. No hit and miss with this place, definitely 5 stars in my book.

Wish the TV had better channel options

The hotel was in a nice quiet location off the backroads. It was kept clean and everything worked in the hotel and hotel room as it should. The hotel was also a much better price than the hotels closer to Atlanta airport.

The location was nice and kinda quiet. The staff were friendly and nice. The room was clean and smelled clean. Definitely will stay again

I had a roof over my head. There was a working internet connection.

It was dirty, the staff was mostly absent, my room hadn't been cleaned well, and the whole hotel (including my room) reeked of weed. My room had a wet facecloth over the fire alarm that the previous guests must have put to smoke inside, and the cleaners didn't even see it. The bath was full of hair from the previous guests, too. And while this is not the hotel's fault, there were guests shouting in the corridors till way past 2am. I tried to call reception, but the phone in my room was broken. One of my worst overall experiences ever.

The accommodation was great for the cost. The room was clean. The air conditioner was very loud.

I like that it is a suite. Access to a refrigerator, stove, and kitchen sink is great.

I don’t like the mattress. They are springy and uncomfortable. The tvs should updated as well. There should be access to streaming service.

Location, no deposit

Noisy, room had 2 bugs come out, tub had hair all in it.

The hotel is close to the airport and inexpensive.

Other hotel guests were noisy in the hallway. The third floor stunk from the smell of smoking marijauna.

The easy way to get in/out of the building,registration on point, good customer service, and good location to various areas.

No breakfast

Room was not clean. The bed slept horrible. Roaches were in the room. Floors were dirty. Mattressess slept old. Towels were dirty.

Roaches in the room..and I woke up by chance to a Roach in my bed!..no compensation made for this..staff was nice about telling me "next time".. ill never go back there..

The front desk closes at 11, not a problem for us, but may be for someone arriving late. Also, a large empty space on one side of the bed, maybe could use a chair? Was not really an issue, just a suggestion, the table and chairs were perfectly fine for our needs.

Verry friendly and helpful staff

Noisy customers till verry late, even till 2.30 AM . Something should be done about this.

It seems more like an apartment building than a hotel. There are obviously some long term tenants there. While i believe the room was clean, there was a “musty” type odor. Reading the reviews I expected much more than what the hotel was.

The room itself was extremely nice. Quick and easy place to stay for the night if you're headed toward the ATL airport. The staff were really friendly and very helpful.
