All staff were friendly and the hotel looks exactly like the pics. And it was very clean

I had to pay $300 extra dollars for incidental fees! $75 per night and $40 of that went towards mandatory valet parking per night!.

The rooms are spacious and nice and clean.

My room wasn't ready until 4:30 when check in was at 3pm. Also the room didnt have any towels and the front desk doesn't answer the phone.

Friendly front desk staff who are helpful.

Housekeeping was terrible, room had hair on the floor from previous occupants. They did not clean the room during the stay and kept taking towels away and not giving us new ones.

The staff was amazing. Always friendly and helpful. Very engaging. Even at the hotel restaurant the food was good, not overcrowded - but the staff really makes the experience

Paying for required valet at $40/day as it quickly adds up.

The location. Very noisy. The mattress is also very uncomfortable.

Spacious

The floor was sticky. Took forever for crib to come up even though I called ahead. There were not adequate sheets for crib or pull out couch. They fought us over the free parking that was clearly included. Staff had horrible attitude.

The room was exceptional and the amenities were great. Hotel was very modern but had a homely feel to it. I was in town for a work conference, and the hotel was the perfect stay.

The valet never sent the text with the information so we couldnt use the app or program. We asked several times for it

The room was very spacious!

It smelled like weed! The hallways and the elevators smelled like weed, every time we used them! The air conditioner in the room did not let me adjust the temperature to where we usually sleep with it!

The whole place smelled strongly of wee and cigarettes our entire stay we were given a queen suite not a king there was mildew in the shower and a roach in the bathroom upon arrival.

Location, room and valet staff were very helpful. Check in staff as well. Can't say the same for manager.

Staff charged my room cost 2x's with no explanation on why. Staff was not accommodating in dealing with this issue and was rather rude during my questioning. I will be contacting the management for a investigation. Do not recommend.

Very clean rooms! Staff was so friendly and accommodating! Valet parking was a breeze!

I liked how awesome the staff was they were accommodating and helpful. The food in the lobby ( Catch 21) was amazing.

Every time someone came to visit i had to go down and meet then st the elevator to let them up with my room key..very annoying. Also i couldn¿t play my music after 11 because of the residents. The double bed rooms do not have a Pool view which sucked.

I love the lay out of the room.

The shower had hair in it when we arrived and the front desk associated that the hotel was not able to supply 6 sets of towels. Our room was had 5 guess.

Unsanitary & unprofessiona! there was blood on our pullout couch sheets and the 2nd sheet that was brought to us had sticky stuff on it. Indeed health violations and I will make it my business to make ppl aware. For $---- stay and only 200 refund! Trash
