Clean. Good location.

Clean rooms. It's not the fanciest hotel in Tallahassee, but it is well taken care of and in a great location near FSU.

Staff were great

Room quality two stars. Dated and poor shower head.

The breakfast and location were exactly what we needed.

The floor was dirty next to the AC

No hot tub, and pool was outdoors.. too hot outside to use

There was a big noise from a Bar across the street till the middle of the night.

The hotel was nice, the staff was as helpful as they can. I had a problem with the hotel overcharging my card. They said that there were a hold fee, which I understood. They took the $100 fee right away. They was ok by me. What I was wondering was why, ar

My card was charged for $118 at about 12:30am. Only $100 was returned to my account. The hotel charge my card an extra $218.

The physical location close to FSU was nice. The breakfast staff was friendly and the room was typical hotel, but clean. If it weren't for the insanely loud music it would have been a nice stay.

The gas station just beside the parking lot of the hotel was a mid week,late night hang out with people yelling,revving cars,and very VERY loud window and wall rattling music. This went on until about 2am. We were offered earplugs by the front desk.

Breakfast selections.

Food item from previous guest was left in the refrigerator. Excellent response from star to remove and clean refrigerator.

Shower was nice, hotel was clean

$15 to park, then $75 pet fee, so taxes and all was another $100 on top of the cost of the room, Air conditioner in the room did not work properly, was hot in the room

Their breakfast did not start till 7 we are traveling and trying to get out before 7 so we don't hit any traffic delays. It was very Disappointing to have to spend another $30+ for breakfast and hit all the traffic.

The staff was top notch and the room was clean ... as advertised. The location is pretty good, easy access to a bunch of hip restaurants including Gain's Street Pies and Voodoo Dog.

There are a few sketchy people lurking around. Paying $12 a day to park (something I didn't know about until arrival) for an unsecured parking lot was a bit much. During our stay there was seldom more than 1 elevator working & one day neither worked.

Safe clean location.

I love staying here. Everything was nice. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. I stay here every time I came to visit my daughter in college at FAMU. The location was perfect. I will miss it. My daughter just graduated

Lack. Of parking

Entire hotel was clean. Staff, super friendly. Complimentary breakfast was nice touch. Highly recommend if you're doing something around the universities.

If you can't deal with noise. DO NOT stay at this property. They provide earplugs but they need to switch to Industrial Level. It gets LOUD.

Place is clean and well layed out.

There is a bar across the street that plays music that you hear right through the windows until 3am. Terrible sleeping conditions! I wish this would have been divulged before booking. I will never stay there again and can not recommend it to anyone.
