AC worked great. Beds were comfortable. Modern hotel. One of the nicest Holiday Inn properties that I’ve ever seen.

Website said there was a shuttle and free breakfast, and neither was true.

Great location close enough to FSU to get to the games far enough away to be quiet.

General Manager giving away my handicapped room when I had reserved it well in advance and prepaid for 7 days. Ridiculous

Excellent breakfast, made special for us. Very clean. Check in and out took less than 5 minutes. I felt the clerks were ready for us as we walked in.

Wish we could stay longer.

Second time staying here..location is only a 7 min drive to FSU and the Capitol Bldg. Free Parking, Well lit parking, very friendly staff and a great restaurant for breakfast. Our room came with the breakfast vouchers and it was a cook to order breakfast

The gentleman working the bar was professional, courteous and helpful.

Room wasn't ready at 2:30(early). Room wasn't ready at 3pm. Room wasn't ready at 4pm. Room was ready at 4:15pm. Drove 7 hrs and had an engagement at 4:30pm, which we missed. No apology, no offer to make the wait more tolerable.

The Holiday Inn Tallahassee was a very nice place to stay and I will be returning to stay again. The hotel was clean and the room was very nice, with service changing our towels daily. Every staff member we interacted with was pleasant and helpful.

Staff was very nice. Front desk staff the next morning was rude and could care less about what I was complaining about. Had to be moved at 11pm because the guest across the hall was being so loud . I need to speak to the manager

Rude front desk staff when getting ready to check out. Couldn¿t use the pool last night because it was WAY over capacity. Even at midnight. Multiple problems

It is a short 7 minute drive to the Capitol and FSU campus. Free parking is great Free coffee bar all day Very close to other restaurants and the mall Was very quiet

Not really

The location, the cleaniness of the room. The staff.

The overall appearance of the hotel.

The room smelled stale. The shower had hair in it. And found a hair in the bed

A fee increase for a room with a tub in it. Had to bath my 3 year old grandson in the bathroom sink.

This place is beautiful! I took the kids for a weekend getaway and all I can say is hands down the BEST. Great hotel in a great location with a clean indoor heated pool (it works), breakfast was tasty and more than enough, suite we were in was gorgeous!

Soft beds but that's just us. Smoke detector blinked bright white light every minute or so throughout the night. Tried to cover with a towel but light shone through. Finally disabled it and right as I was finally able to doze off, the front desk calle

Location

Very low water pressure in the shower/horrible shower head. The sheets did not feel clean, a towel had a curly hair stuck in the towel fibers. Supposed to have 2 queen beds but one was a queen and the other had no headboard and was a cheap full size.

Spacious rooms that are extremely tidy. Exceptional check-in experience - thank you for your outstanding customer service and care.
