Hotel was inhabitable. Footage recorded.

Cleanliness, friendly staff, and perfect location made our stay everything we hoped for.

The evening I checked in the. Young lady checking me in was so kind and quickly assisted me with accommodations and had a beautiful smile. The breakfast was options were great too. Thank you

Location location location! Staff was friendly and the room was spacious and clean.

The front desk staff was rude, condescending, and unhelpful. The general manager was great in helping us park our vehicle. The bath needs to be updated. There is nothing the hotel can do about the street noise, however it was very loud.

Recomendation: Parking be free for all the guests. Hotel have to provided it. Is no a valet parking for the price. Hotel may have a price including parking and some discounts at the moment of booking it. The hotel was good in may stay.

The Staff was friendly and I liked the amenities of the room...refrigerator, microwave, and a separate living space.

The room we were given was above an active bar that started up around 10-11 pm. It was very loud and there were several very vocal arguments taking place in the wee hours of the morning. Room had bad odor, we checked out a day early.

I like that they have HIDDEN the $15 PARKING FEE (YES I SAID) PARKING FEE. the side facing the road hears ALL traffic. Great bed big suite

The Staff was amazing! Hotel was very clean and Social Distancing protocols were being followed.

When I checked in I was given a handicapped room which I did not request. It was OK other than I wanted to take a bath and was not able to as the spout was set up for shower use only. If I would have known in advance would have requested a different roo

The hotel is new and modern. Rooms are very large and roomy.

An expensive article of clothing was left behind in the room. When I called the hotel several hours later, I was informed that housekeeping did not find anything left behind. I am extremely disappointed in this establishments staff.

The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean.

The pool needed to be cleaned a lot better.

I loved the layout and how spacious it was.

Our room was facing the main street so it was kind of loud hearing all the cars passing by.

the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. It's on an intersection and a train track. Train passes multiple times a night blowing its whistle. House keeping don't change toilet paper or hand towel rolls, keep it from previous use. Front desk is inexperienced.

The rooms were comfortable and roomy and provide everything you need. The compilmentary breakfast is nice and so are the staff, very friendly.

The surroundings arent't that pretty but the location in proximity to the FSU is top notch. Also, I wasn't aware of the overnight $10 parking per night so that wasn't a pleasant surpise nor was there a need for it. Otherwise, everything else was great.

Wow! Didn't realize this was a suite! Excellent hotel basically on campus close to anything you want to do at FSU. Immaculately clean and easy in and out. I didn't partake in the free breakfast but it includes anything you want: waffles, fruit, juice, etc

Very modern and new. Staff was great and very accommodating.

Bathroom was not the cleanest and the area of town was somewhat concerning. Abandoned buildings across the street with graffiti. Lots of loud traffic made it difficult to sleep in the rooms on the street side.
