Nothing was good ! Very bad experience, found blood on towel 1st day and man in front desk rushed, 2nd day no house keeper clean and guy in front desk rides to me again.

Nothing as advertised

Lightbulbs missing, a chair missing, no bath mat. Pictures were misleading on website. We had an exterior door and we were led to believe that we were going to have an interior room. It was unacceptable.

The location and price

This was a horrible experience. The hotel room door jammed and locked me out. I was told the maintenance guy wouldn't be in until 9am the following morning. All my belongings were locked in the room and I was told there was nothing they could do.

I paid $---- for a room that was not clean, could not be relocated, and required me to handle basic housekeeping myself. This experience does not reflect the brand standards typically associated with Wyndham properties. I am purely disgusted..

Absolutely nothing

Hotel booking was very deceiving.When you see the pictures online, they don't show you the back of the hotel where it looks like old motel buildings.It's what they put you in which smell very bad, no hot water, you had to walk up front to get extra towels

Location

It was not clean. We actually had soap with hair all over it in the shower from the previous guest! They only provided outside rooms and strangers were constantly smoking outside your door. They also ran out of towels.

The smell, the rooms that were dirty, smelly, and tiny, the breakfast that was horrible and all prepackaged is not a "continental breakfast", allowed random groups of people to drink and smoke in the parking lot

The room that was advertised is nothing what we stayed in shower was not working had to hold the drain to let the water out the tub.

Nothing it was absolutely a dump

The sheets were worn and filled with holes, the bath tub did not drain, the refrigerator was broken.

PRIME LOCATION - MUSIC IN THE LOBBY WAS ENJOYABLE - DESK ASSOCIATES WERE EXTREMELY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL

They gave me an inside room because there were many construction workers having beer on the premises and it made me nervous. They were here for the hurricane recovery not the hotel. I did ask if it would be extra charge; they said "NO" so I accepted.

They charged my card the "safety deposit" anyway? I do hope it cancels but it was pending on my card and all I did was sleep. Went to sleep at 8 pm and rose at 8 am. I was very tired it was a medical trip to see a friend in the hospital.

shower head broken - they said it was human error. air conditioning unit was so loud that we could not sleep.

The outdated rooms from the tv sitting on the dresser to the furniture.

The continental breakfast was lacking and inadequate. The food consisted of a few cereal bars and coffee.

Couldn?t operate the shower, couldn?t do late check out even when front desk said I could, and heater didn?t work

The hallways were hot and the carpet smells like it needs to be replaced, outdated

There was no manager available to talk to after multiple calls and the front desk refused to help

I had to check out early due to a hurricane heading in our direction. They refused to refund any money for checking out a day early.

It was very clean

A/C in hotel wasn't working, hasn't been for at least a month - talked to another guest. Room smelt of mold coming from room air conditioner. Bathroom in dire need of remodel
