The bathroom was not very clean. The fan did not work, I reported it twice and no one came to fix it. After showering the room became humid and smelled humid the rest of trip(2days) The water pressure in the shower was very weak

Great Staff, Great Location, Very comfortable

they need to update their a/c units-last time I stayed the mold was so strong I had to change rooms. This time it was not that bad but still the smell of mold. That needs to be addressed.

Clean and smelled good. Staff helpful and friendly.

Rusted, unsafe bench in handicap shower, no toiletries, had to ask for more towels, TV guide issues, bed comforter had smell, did not seem like a clean room.

The Staff were very good.. The cleanliness of the room.

The smell in the lobby and the halls. It was a musty smell.

Convenience to I-75 and Walk On's Resturant.

Room was on the 5th floor and WiFi didn't work. Somewhat dated room. No clock and phone did not work.

The friendly staff, easy check in and out, location of hotel, breakfast options were great and comfortable beds.

The hotel room had an unpleasant odor (maybe the carpet) and the bathroom toilet was difficult to flush. Overall a very comfortable room and very family friendly. For a one night stay for a soccer tourney it was perfect.

The room had a bad mildew/mold smell in it. This lasted all night. The front desk clerk said nothing he could do, because the building has been neglected for years. But new owners were in the process of renovating the entire building. No way this an 8.1

Staff were very nice. The bathrooms were well stocked, and housekeeping was amazing. The layout is great with ample outlets. The bed for our first night was comfy.

The a/c in the room broke after the first night and we were offered another room for the 2nd night. Both rooms smelled very musty. I had a headache both mornings from the rooms' atmospheres. The bed in the 2nd room was very uncomfortable and dipped.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The front desk clerk was pleasant and made me feel welcome. The free breakfast was very good. I was surprised how delicious the omelet was. We plan to stay here again on our way back to Orlando in the future.

Clean and staff was courteous.

The fitness was too hot to workout in.

It was an older hotel, but was clean, everything worked, the mattresses were ok. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Comfortable bed and friendly staff

The floors were dirty. Lots of visible dirt and some food in carpet.

Location

They assigned us a handicap room which had a walk-in shower with no water barrier. The shower head was facing toward the room instead of a wall. Water saturated the entire bathroom floor. What a mess!

I had an issue with my tv and Hotel employee came up immediately and solved the issue. Clean friendly and great location.

No microwave. Room could have been a bit cleaner for the money, especially the bathroom.

In room Coffee maker was broken. Called in early am and they couldn¿t replace until later that morning. Vert disappointing.
