Bathroom was dirty. Front check in unfriendly

I come to the area every other weekend and have been bouncing between hotel's.... honestly finding the best deal and going with it. Last month was my first stay at you're hotel. After the first night, I have to say that I won't be staying anywhere else

Location was great, and the room was huge!

Bathroom specifically felt very dirty and had damage that degraded the overall sentiment of the hotel. Breakfast area was chaos and not setup to support as many guests as they had. Elevator requiring the key was annoying

My dad & I stayed in separate rooms on separate floors. Each one of us hated leaving our rooms because they were so comfortable. That says alot when 2 different people have the same impression. Whenever I come back into town I will stay here.

Only complaint I found was that the exterior of the fridge in my room was a little sticky and fingerprints were left on the exterior door. But it was not a big deal.

The room was dirty. There was hair all in the bathroom. The room was not clean properly.

Yes lot of noice for another guest making hard to sleep staff was able to take care of it

Not the cleanest. Shower was in poor condition, railing was coming apart and there was no water pressure. Room smelled musty

Upon checking in it took 2 trips to the front desk to get my key to work. We had roaches in our room.

I always find the the rooms of a Home 2 Suites to be a great size.

Typically love this hotel brand, but this particular location was not so great. Bathroom wasn't fully cleaned, tmildew on the walls and ceiling, counter tops were not fully cleaned. Was not greeted at check in, front desk never even made eye contact.

Proximity to FSU and restaurants; pet friendly status. Excellent breakfast. Although I don?t need handicap accommodations I was impressed that there was a chair lift at the pool for those needing assistance

I can only speak to our room; but, the door lock was either tampered with or incorrectly installed as the inside deadbolt doing freely without locking. Hotel did remedy this immediately. The beds were not comfortable and had noticeable DIPS in the center

This is a wonderful hotel!! The staff was very welcoming, the hotel was clean, the room was very comfortable and breakfast was delicious.

The room was super dirty especially the bathroom. The toilet was vomit and the shower super dirty. I reported to them. They get mad and give me bad attitude. And the sad thing is they didn?t do anything for resolving.

The exterior lighting in the front of the hotel the entire parking lot did not operate, making it very unsafe for anyone going outdoors during the evening. I¿ve reported this and I hope they will fix it.

Excellent room, clean and spacious

TV did not work and staff was unhelpful. Only response was sorry we do not have any other rooms available. Didn't need a room . . . .

The security. I liked the fact that you had to have your room key to use the elevator. The housekeepers were very nice

Payment. They charged me again with a prepaid room. And did not refund me yet the full amount after 10 days. They said it will be an extra $2 and something extra fee. I called again and they promised the refund by January 4th. More than 2 weeks after.

Larger room, very clean. Great location with a lot of parking. Multiple restaurants (including Starbucks) across parking lot. Front desk staff was very friendly. Will be back on our next trip.

Could hear people talking in hallway starting super early each morning. Bathroom door was a barn door that didn't close tightly which made my teens a little uncomfortable.

Large room with a small kitchen

My 1 year old son walked around on the carpet of our room without shoes on. The bottom of his feet turned black due to the dirty and filth within the carpet.

We arrived after midnight and had called the hotel the day before the arrival to confirm we were going to be arriving late. When we arrived at 12:45 that night, the desk person greeted us by replying ¿ I hope your a diamond member as we¿re booked¿.
