Comfort Suites Tallahassee Capitol - University Area

I didn't like that the room wasn't cleaned very well at all and I had to kill a bug crawling across the bed. The bed sank down in the middle which was rough .I also didn't care to pay $---dollars for a $--- outdated room

Staff was nice

Mold in freezer and in both ice machines, made me question the overall cleanliness even though nothing else was visibile.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable with friendly staff

The safe was not working.

The hotel was conveniently located. The rooms are spacious, and It is very clean. The beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is very good. The coffee is great.

Yes the hallways were very hot and need a little more ventilation.

The manager let me check in early after traveling from Ocala to Tallahassee. Info from the manager helped me in my search for a rental house.

There was no luggage stand to put my suitcase on. There was no tub only a shower. There was no hot water.

Everything...staff was very nice and helpful. Good breakfast and very clean

Breakfast was something

Parking spaces all full. People parking along curbs and other places because they ran out. Had to park at another hotel.

Really friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfy room.

Ran out of toilet paper!

Great AC, very clean, great location, comfortable beds, and great breakfast!

Hotel was either new or very well maintained

The hall was clean, but had a mold smell

friendly staff, location, breakfast

Loud room neighbors after 10 pm, inconsiderate

Location

Room was not serviced every day and sheets on the bed were wore out. The sheets would not stay on the bed.

The bedding didn't appear clean and the bed itself was uncomfortable. The pillows weren't really pillows but some kind of half pillow. It was not what was expected for a suite.

Friendly staff, good breakfast.

Lights from outside from parking lot.

The location was great didn't have to travel far for the attractions I wanted to visit

Im a smoker and unfortunately it was a non smoking hotel and I had to go outside in my car

Location. Convenient to fsu

On two occasions, we spotted German cockroaches in bathroom. A neighbour with a yappy little dog we could hear in our room. Found both a shirt and a lone sock not ours in room Fold out bed had crumbs.

Breakfast included, coffee always available Staff very professional. Location is convenient to universities

No Everything met my expectations. My room was near elevator, which I did not hear My room was also near pool, and did hear happy noise of kids playing which is always joyful.

Nice breakfast (especially since, due to covid, a lot of hotels have only a few selections or nothing). Check-in was quick and efficient, staff were very courteous.

Beds could be a little better, but still comfortable.

The bed was great. The sheets were super soft!!

There was a baby roach in the bathroom, but he kept to himself, so not a big deal. It is Florida, so you've got to expect a few bugs!

Spaciousness of the room.

Late night check-in clerk seemed clueless. Had to move rooms. Cleanliness issues in both. Definitely not the quality we have experienced at Comfort Suites before. Difficult to get to hotel from the west side of Tallahassee.
