The clean and comfortable room and the friendless of the staff. They were very accommodating when I had questions.

Back elevator entrance trash was over following by the ice machines on all floors and was not clean daily. I asked that it be cleaned or dumped the first two days of my stay on the second floor.

Could hear noise from TV and snoring in room next door.

The Staff was very nice. The late night security gaurd open the door for me and assisted me in getting to my room.  the front desk were very attentive and had great attitudes.

Little challenging figuring out what door to go to in order to reach your room.

Price and that you had to have your room key to enter the hotel. I felt comfortable with my family being there.

That breakfast wasnt included and the prices for the cafe were too expensive. Front desk staff wasnt particularly friendly. I definitely didnt like that there wasnt a microwave in the room. The only microwaves were next to the ice machine.

The rooms were clean, the hotel was quiet and the staff was nice. Check in and check out were fast.

The hotel was confusing to get around. The elevators were not located in convenient locations.

The lever was not working & the water was not going through. Reported it immediately to CS to no avail. Additionally, I forgot to bring toothpaste/brush & went downstairs but the CS rep was nowhere to be found-another guest had been wting for a while too.

The bathroom shower could have been cleaner (some dirt was left from the prior cleaner) and the bathroom sink was completely clogged. These were small issues so I would definitely give this hotel another try.

This hotel was amazing. Their staff was so incredibly courteous & hospitable. We had a big group that we needed to accommodate and they went out of their way to help us. I have nothing but praise for the staff at this hotel who made our stay so enjoyable!

The location of the hotel was great because it was near everything like wal mart and target

The hotel is under construction and u can hear them nailing and drilling things at night . They charged my card twice even though I paid in full before arriving.it will take 3-10 buisness days to get my money back

The room location compared to elevators. it was a bit of a walk. can¿t control it but two elevators would¿ve been great

Nothing...this hotel has disappointed me.

Bathroom had hair on the shower wall. No body wash. Hair was on the floor by the toilet roll. Oh and there wasn't no tissue roll in the room.

Business centre- was easy for me to print and copy material for work. A small shredder at the business center will be of great help

Have Microwaves in the rooms- so guests are able to warm up their food or prepare microwave dinners. 2 star hotels have microwaves.... The little refrigerators are a big JOKE. Couldn't fit my water bottles.

I didn¿t like the room that was given to me. It wasn¿t worth the pay at all. The bed linen appeared to be dirty like and something but me and my daughter up. Bugs or bed bugs. It was a horrible experience and I¿ll never ever book that hotel again

The a/c did not work in hallway, the room smelled like a locker room of dirty socks. The hallway carpets are dirty, the elevator was filthy.

food crumbs on dresser, only 2 towels, bath wash machine container was full but did not work, the shampoo was empty! We reported dog barking, they would take care of and if we had any other problems we could call. 2 staff woke us up check on dog report
