Best Western Tallahassee-Downtown Inn & Suites

Everyone was so nice, they have a pool you can use, complimentary breakfast, and tv you can watch along with plenty of places to charge your devices

The toilet was slow to refill and sometimes took more than one flush for just pee. I wish they had a better showerhead.

Front desk cancel my reservation and had a bad experience, manager fix it but still had bad experience

This hotel was great for a refuge from tornadoes that struck Tallahassee. The staff were very kind and they waived the pet fee because of it being a natural distastef

The woman at the front desk, (in wheelchair) was very pleasant.

The rooms were very musky smelling almost overpowering, the rooms were recently painted, but just paint over old, worn out doors and rooms.

I liked the centrally location which made it easy to locate eateries which were close by.

Nothing. I have stayed there numerous times and for the money it is a room as to be expected.

Lobby was nice, but that¿s all that had been renovated from what I could tell.

Cigarette burns in bed cover. Security latch busted and broken. Bathroom door had been busted down at some point. Ceiling was about to start breaking up. At breakfast no coffee left and no one around to ask for more.

The cleanliness was great and the staff are very friendly. The location an the vibe is serene and peaceful. It is also a small and quaint hotel. It¿s pretty basic but it checks off the box of cleanliness which is a big deal for me..

The bathrooms need to be updated. Other than that, the room was comfortable spacious and although basic, it was clean. Having a roomy fridge and microwave is always a bonus. Between friendly and clean our stay was quite pleasant.

The lie about the location being downtown. The cleanliness of it. False pictures online.

I WENT UP FOR A MEETING I DROVE 5 HOURS ON TUESDAY THE 7TH. AND STAYED OVER SO I WOULD BE RESTED FOR,THE MEETING ON THE 8TH WHEN I CHECKED IN I ASK FOR A WAKE UP CALL FOR 7AM ! I NEVER GOT IT AN WAS AN HOUR LATE FOR THE MEETING.I WENT DOWN TO LET THEM .

I couldn¿t check in until way after 3pm. However my key was deactivated before the checkout time which was said to be 11am.

Easy check in

Floor was very dirty. Took my shoes off and my feet were dirty right away. The lights in the vanity area did not work so i could not do my make up. There was two bath towels no wash cloths. The Ac was a little smelly. Almost like mold or just un used.

clean, quiet, close to our destination of Florida Fairgrounds for a Train Show. We were pleasantly surprised at how many trees there were in the area! We were afraid we were going to be in downtown Tallahasee.

Very steep entrance. Would make very good toboggan ride in the snow!

Super clean and nice enough staff. 3 miles from beach but takes about 15-20 min with traffic. Close to breakfast places but about 20-30 min from good dinner spots

No fridge or microwave was a huge bummer.

It was over priced for what you got. It was dirty the walls were nasty the bathroom was not clean the toilet has what appeared to be dry urine on the seat! Looked liked roach poop on sink.

Broken fixtures, room in disrepair, found diabetes test strips left by previous guest under a table when I was looking for an item I dropped. Hotel shouldn't be rated as high as it is currently.

The room was decent.

Sketchy area, sketchy guests. Smell of weed. Pay the extra $20 and stay somewhere nicer.
