Staff was great

Location was odd, the rooms and hallways were dark. It certainly doesn't seem like a lively autograph collection hotel

This hotel was beautiful! It was very clean and comfortable warm and inviting! I loved every minute of my stay.

My only complaint is that I wish they had free parking and maybe a pool.

The staff were very welcoming, even at midnight.

The AC blower in the room did not work. I have tinnitus and like to use them to drown the sound of ringing. It wasn?t a huge deal.

The decor

Restroom was not clean and had a musky odor due to buildup in the shower. Would have preferred to have solid bathroom walls vs. sliding glass doors as walls. Had to pay $36 per day for parking...wasn't expecting that expense, plus tips for valet.

You?re forced to have valet parking. The valet parking price is outrageous. You have to let the water run for about 30 minutes for it to warm up. It never got hot.

The staff at this hotel were amazing. I had an issue with my room and they responded immediately, the manager Whitney was brilliant she made sure my stay was amazing. The valet staff was also awesome. Hardly any wait for my car. Food was great in Shula¿s

The shower in my suite was a little light on the water pressure but not a big deal

The level 8 restaurant and overlook of the city.

The room smelled immediately of mold and mildew. One day after checking out my wife started coughing up phlegm, the day after that she was diagnosed with pneumonia and bronchitis.

Location and potential amenities that we didn¿t use are great.

Only valet parking is disappointing and expensive You can tell back in the day it was a great hotel but it¿s in serious need of updating. Everything in run down and doesn¿t match the level of service you¿d expect from this category. Street noise was BAD.

The staff was superb from beginning to end: called a few days ahead to confirm my reservation, called to inform the hotel of our late arrival, checking in /checking out and having a wonderful welcoming, relaxing breakfast experience.

I felt that the bottom of the bath tub needs to be repainted or refurbished. It did not look super white.

happiest front desk and Valet that I have EVER encountered! They were awesome! Beautiful vibe and decor and plants and flowers. Stunning.

The staff in the evening when we arrived were absolutely incredible they went above and beyond in every single way. The staff in the morning were just above a notch of being rude. They were not helpful and had somewhat of an attitude

I knew ahead of time that there were double beds but queen beds would have been way more comfortable

Drain was clogged. Rug was disgusting. Nats and flies was in the bathroom. Tile was Brooken. Shower was not clean.

Valet only parking, or park far away and walk. My truck will not fit in most garages I did not stay here paid for a hotel I couldn't stay at. Read reviews of musty smell and mold (which I'm highly allergic to). Please read reviews about this hotel.

Location, staff and quality of room service food.

No pressure in the shower.

The lobby and checking in process are excellent. The rooms are steampunk modern and spacious

I didn¿t like anything about the hotel

The rooms are very old, small and was right on a busy street. The man at the front counter when I checked in was not helpful and very rude. Would never recommend this hotel to anybody and have no idea who rated this a 4 star hotel.

This is our 4th stay here. Always the best staff and we can¿t wait to go back.

Bathroom doors are see through.

I loved all the perks I got from booking. There was a discount in Don Shula Steakhouse, a free drink in the rooftop bar, a free breakfast (amazing grits!) with my Marriott number, and a bag of welcome gifts just for staying.

The rocky shower floor was pretty but must be hard to clean since there was some soap scum on some of the stones. The A/C in my room was old¿it worked just fine, just didn¿t match the feel of the rest of the place.

Old tired hotel. Room was not totally clean. This WAS a four star hotel at one point. But at best it¿s a 3 star now.
