Staff and rooms(thank God for a stove/oven, and not a stove top)

Front desk person was very nice and accomadating

Smell of room, hallways were very hot, and ac felt damp

Very clean. Very friendly staff. Price compared to other hotels rated 8.0 or higher was significantly less.

Just a little far from the FSU campus for our needs but we will stay again.

We were able to get a late check out in recognition that we did not arrive until 6am.

They put a much larger hold on my credit card than expected and it still had not cleared days after we left.

Great staff, quiet setting.

No ice machine in fridge; luggage carts were scarce.

We needed a second bed and booked this hotel since it had a sofa bed. However, the sofa bed was one I have never seen before. There is no mattress per se and it is actually a hard, hard platform instead of mattress. It was so uncomfortable!

Felt dirty. There was a water spot on the couch and smelled like mold or mildew. Told them but we were so sleepy and my handicapped daughter was already sleeping in the bed so we just decided to stay in that room. The person at the font was nice

The room was surprisingly big. Full kitchen, separate bedroom with two large closets and two tv's. Restaurants are within walking distance. Pet friendly. I would stay again.

It was spacious.

Alot of things, including the microwave wasn't working, they lied to me that they was going to bring me one never did. Also said I can burn candles but that was false to

One of the best hotel beds I have EVER slept in!! I could barely peel myself out of bed when it was time to leave in the morning. Amazing sound barrier. Zero noise coming from other guests, allowing for a very relaxing stay!

I had a wonderful stay, I can't think of anything I didn't like about my experience!

Room had a horrible odor. The air conditioner rattled noisily. The mattress had a large dark stain down the side near top of bed. I actually wondered whether the sheets were changed. This was supposed to be 2 and a half stars, that is overly generous.

The front desk staff was very accommodating and the kitchenette was useful.

The shower could have been cleaner

The hotel had a great reception staff. Easy to follow instructions on how to get to the room. The room was well equipped and fully Functional. Very clean. We literally walked to our restaurant we wanted to try and it was an overall great experience.

The hotel is in a good location and the front desk staff was excellent.

Not a huge variety for their breakfast. We had absolutely no hot water on our last full day there, until late that evening. And, the entrance to the building smelled like marijuana everyday.

Continental breakfast... laundry facilities... free parking... great location...
