The elevator was not working, the location was not what we expected. There were issues at check in.

hot water , good water pressure I could not get past the dirty carpet , will not go back

very dirty carpets , lousy housekeeping , did not feel safe (my husband was out and had the room key , did not realize until I got to the room and a random employee handed me a master key to get in my room ( What if it was not my room )

The location was perfect, very close to FSU.

I was in a room on the second floor, the view was the top of the lower roof with blue lights. Also, the scent of the hotel was powerful.

The location of the hotel was central to many areas of interest.

The hotel was very nice all around , but a microwave in the room would have been more convenient than just the one in the lobby.

Our hotel room has a dirty diaper behind the drapes, the toilet clogged and the sink was leaking from the pipes underneath the sink.

The friendliness, respect, and quality of service from hotel employee and his staff. Everyone I encountered had great hospitality. Breakfast was awesome, drinks at the bar awesome, overnight and day staff was top tier. The pool was clean.

Great location. Right across the street from FSU. Very clean. Free parking. Excellent breakfast.

Hotel is on Tennessee Street so there is a lot of traffic noise. But we love everything else and have stayed here three times over the past few months.

Location is good if activities around FSU. If passing through its not close to interstate.

Hotel is advertised as having a Tesla Destination Charger. Those have been removed and replaced with a third party pay for use service. Still good that you can charge overnight but its an additional expense.

The location is fantastic and so is the parking. The staff is real friendly and I like the cleanliness of the entire hotel.

I guess the shape of the rooms are odd because of the circular shape :) but overall it was great.

There was nothing acceptable.

Dirty room - didn¿t get new towels for 3 days. Homeless people getting kicked out two days in a row. The cleaning woman STOLE AND HID my sons earbuds in their utility room which we found via Bluetooth. I¿d love a refund for the 3 day. Management awar

Friendly staff , clean room, pet friendly

Location was excellent and the staff was awesome. The rooms were very clean

It sits right on a Main Street and occasionally would hear an ambulance outside

Room was double booked and someone walked in while we were sleeping; our room keys were cancelled ; front desk was less than professional about the incident. Room was compted when we called later. No apology.

Good location. Liked buffet breakfast.

The street in front had loud speeding cars barreling through the night.

Love the design of the junior suite, enough space for a small family.

1. The first hour in the room, we found a cockroach ruining on the floor. 2. When we checked in, one of the front desk staff communicated in a cold tone about an unexpected issue which ruined our previous good impressions of this hotel brand.

Beautiful view. Nice room. Large bed. No microwave, no refrigerator

Perfect location near FSU and FAMU. The staff was amazingly helpful and made you feel like an old friend. Nice breakfast buffet and reasonably priced. Room was spacious and sparkling clean. Will book here again.

Towels were dingy, shower curtains were dirty, and the toilet didn¿t work.
