It was not mentioned the hotel is going thru a major renovation the elevator does not work had to carry luggage up the stairs

We enjoyed feeling welcomed... smiles and polite. My dogs were even treated with kindness. The gentleman that served our breakfast was super! We had a great experience!

Only that I had to keep traveling! hahaha, you see we were on a trip to see our daughter. :-)

The staff was courteous and friendly especially the restaurant staff.The room was large and clean

The staff team including management offers excellent customer services, making us feel welcoming and comfortable and our staying an enjoyable and unforgettable experience. The front desk staff  is super good and professional.

There is no Hotel sign on the side road (forgot the name of the road) entrance; it¿s easy to miss the turn and gets lost especially during the night time.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly.

They ran out of soap. Most importantly, they turned off the water one morning and we were not notified. They were supposed to put flyers under every door,but didn't get one. Nor were we told upon check-in. So we were not able to take showers!

Price was good. Heating unit was quiet.

Large patch of paint missing on wall. Shower head sprayed water over top of shower curtain. Lots of ceiling patches right over shower head!!¿ long term issue. Loud stomping above¿. Calmed down after a while. Breakfast crew untrained.

Not clean at all bathroom was gross. Shower didn¿t look like it had been cleaned. They have the nerve to have all white bedding but are not keeping it pristine and washedLooked like feces smeared on one of the comforters. Was disappointing for a Hilton.

Loved the pool and staff. Unfortunately it is a dog friendly hotel and we didn¿t expect that.

Great location. Some of the staff or cleaning staff could have been more helpful.

Hilton did not put cleanliness sticker on the door, and I¿m not sure if it was cleaned, I was woken up at 8:10 am by housekeeping to clean the room, when I checked in at 11pm. Will never return to this hotel.

Bagged breakfast but that was to be expected. O.J., blueberry muffin, snack bar.

The staff were wonderful. We were welcomed when we arrived and told to be safe when we left. Coffee in the morning and cold water all day were nice touches.

No luggage cart available at the time of check out. The locks on the room door were broken.

This hotel was excellent. I highly recommend it. It was clean and well maintain. Great amenities. Friendly staff.

The amenities like coffee service and available cosmetics, quiet nature of room and quality of bed linens all met expectations.

Our toilet got clogged in the middle of the night and required my husband to borrow a plunger so that interlude was not fun.

Adjustable mattress broken. Control system pulled out of mattress. TV or the remote was hard to use.

The Entrance was Grand and inviting

Romms kinda dated to be a Hilton Hotel. Bed wasnt to comfortable.

The hotel staff was amazing from housekeeping, to the front desk and all who ran the breakfast buffet over the weekend All staff members went above and beyond their duty to make our stay that much nicer. Beds were confortable and the room was ice cold.

I have Nothing bad to say about my 3 day,2 night stay at this hotel .
