I got smoking rooms and the smell is so nasty that my clothes were impregned with the smell

It was greeny. It felt dirty smelly.

We chose to book the room specifically because it said it was serving a continental breakfast. The only thing that was served was a little Debbie?s oatmeal cookie, coffee, and juice. Extremely disappointing.

The young lady that checked me in was sooo Nice..and the room was nice and cold

Everything....the location was too loud...and the people on rooms around me drank and blasted they music my whole stay...the room was old and out dated...the microwave didn't work...overall room did feel clean

Bathroom was not cleaned, had hair among other things. Fridge had prev guest food and drinks in it. So many things were overlooked, maybe question the overall cleanliness, but it was a place to sleep which was the end goal.

It was close to the university.

Shoddy furnishings. Refrigerator didn¿t work.

Bed was hard. Room smelled really bad. Breakfast was a joke. The mini fridge leaked water all over the floor. Will never stay here again.

The hotel super dirty. Staffs NOT friendly, 3 cockroaches when i open the door, they came to under beds, furniture very old, broken wall,Bed sheets was holes on it. Breakfast more terrible. It¿s a expired muffin , mushy and 1 small cup of juice.

The check in process was great. The owners were training a new gal and she was exceptional.

My feet got dirty on the floor before i could put anpair of socks on.

Nothing at all, someone came out in there towel and hung there clothes over the balcony everyday that person looked as if they were living there

MY door did not have a chain lock, the second room microwaive face was off and did not work, as well as cigerette burn in the bedding comforter, blanket, and sheets. The ice machine was out of order but full of mold, hairs in the tub, homeless poeple

Got locked out of room dud to faulty key card. No one in the office in the middle of the day to recalibrate the key card. Left in the sun and heat for almost an hour before getting the attention of a housekeeper to contact staff to go unlock the office.

Only 1 night stay

This place is a dump. Smells like smoke, and questionable people dressed in questionable attire. Snails everywhere for some odd reason. I would not let my puppy stay here! Atrocious

Terrible condition....bed, linens, furniture, microwave, room door itself. NO HOT WATER!!

Hotel in terrible need of updating. Linens were clean but thred bare with multi cigarette holes. The microwave and fridge was dirty. I had to wipe down. We wanted a non smoking room but they were all upstairs and you had to park out front and walk back

Rooms are very clean, staff is helpful. Check in is 2PM

The clerk was more helpful than your customer service representative was and you senior rep was also

Yes !! A 50$ deposit was required that I was not told about in advance to check in and almost couldn't get the room . Horrible experience . I was out of town with a limited amount of money and used everything booking the room and a deposit wasn't mentione

Great Location! Great price!

Room was ok.... Mattress was hard.. not a place to go if you trying to get rest .Hear the loud traffic passing by.

The hotel was located in a great area.

Lots of noise during the night. No late check-out they will call your room before it's time for you to check out to remind you checkout is at 11a. Needs to be renovated.
