Extended Stay America Select Suites - Tallahassee - Northwest

It was dirty, smelly, TV did not work, front desk attendant did not seem to care, Shower rod broken, paint peeling, lots more....do I need to go on? Front desk attendant gave me the wrong receipt. The place was an absolute disaster.

Staff was very friendly other than manager who was very unprofessional.

Manager was disgusting. Horrible attitude. Nasty demeanor. Very noisy. Hard to sleep. Price was too high for experience.

Staff was friendly i like them all

Was overly price for what i got pluse room was very dirty and smelly had me sick

Location

Felt unsafe..... Very noisy & dirty on the floor we stayed on.

1. I never even got to leave the lobby to even see the elevator let alone see the room. 2. There are some things advertised online when booking the room that are not available at that hotel like a pool which was one of my reasons choosing Extended Stay

3. I got there @3 check in time & apparently about 5 other cust., were unable to be checked in already because the manger didn't check w/housekeeping list of cleaned/ready rooms. We stood in the lobby until about 5pm left & requested a refund. 0/5*

Bed was clean

Microwave rusted and TV need changing old screen was blurred

Full size fridge, ice trays included. Microwave, sink, full kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Place was quiet.

Poor to no service; thin floors & walls - loud noises a lot; fire alarm came on 3x . . . etc

Nothing hard to sleep with dogs barking all night, water dripping in the tub, refrigerator dripping water , no stoppers for the sinks I am seeking legal help to get my refund ,and reimbursement of $---/ $100 deposit this was a nightmare for 5 days.

.nothing the receptionist, had no say to what or when thing got done, I just want to be refunded The $---/$100 please back to my card. Trying to reach corporate.

When I informed the front desk that the room they assigned to me had a musty oder that I don't want to get into my business suits, they immediately gave me another room.

This ESA hotel is a recent purchase. It did not have breakfast, paper cups nor any dishes, did not have coffee, did not have a fitness center, did not have anything that all ESA hotels have except toilet tissue & laundry room.

Customer service

I was mislead Upon arriving to the hotel. I was informed that my stay had been canceled due to late arrival. I followed all required steps of protocol to protect my reservation by contacting costumer service 24 Hours ahead of my intended stay

The price

I was on the 3rd floor and the floor above me was stomping for several hours and I called down to the desk to complain and an hour went my by and the stomping was still going on so I called the front desk to complain again and I was told their was a 3ry

The employees were polite and friendly and helpful

Hot water comfy bed

Drug addicts around, loud man in room talking about robbing people They put me ain room far away from the druggies

The surroundings was great easy to get everywhere you wanted to go and shopping and eating was nice

I never got a chance to experience this hotel when I arrived to check in they told me the room was given to someone else and that now they are sold out Leaving me to search for a place to stay

Affordable

The hotel is in need of a deep cleaning from entrance, hallways and definitely the rooms. They need to have pest control to spray because I had killed a roach. The room bathroom toilet wasn't clean. I definitely had to Clorox wipe down every thing.

I never stayed. The hotel was totally booked and I never received my refund. The front desk never answered the phone to confirm they were totally booked. So they kept my money.

No one can just enter at any given time. The key to come in past the front desk is a plus.

Although I reserved my room, I always had to wait. The front desk would say that there was only one person to clean rooms and she had to check to see if my room was cleaned. If I reserved it, it should be clean. I should not have to wait.

The staff were amazing people that actually listened and cared about me as a person, not just another body.

No ice machines
