The room was smaller than expected. Layout was not good.very noisy too could hear everything in the hall and other room the air conditioner was very loud and shower water pressure was poor. All staff were very nice and accommodating though.

Nice location downtown, friendly staff and clean.

Hotel staff very preoccupied with their phones, however, housekeeping was very courteous. Front desk couldn't be bothered! Location is not close enough to walk to FSU or Capital. Find a better hotel.

    The RESTROOMS WAS AMAZING

The cafe worker was rude when asked what time does they close this occurred on September the 4th around 11pm

Very friendly staff. Excellent location. Very clean. Pillows and beds are very comfortable.

Didn't like the layout of the rooms and not spacious enough. If the price is high I don't think it is worth it. The lighting is a bit complicated.

    Location

A few too many inconveniences. Giant parking lot yet I had to pay $8 for a 2nd vehicle. No ice on our floor. Would have been a good thing to mention at check-in.

    4MichelePosted on: 4-4-2021

There was no free breakfast as indicated. Also parking was not free that I did not realize. I did not like the setup of the room.

Great location to college town. We loved the size of our suite. Loved the extra refrigerator in the bedroom. Liked the table and chairs. Also liked the separate thermostats.

The housekeeping service is minimal due to Covid. But it was frustrating having to keep calling housekeeping and we finally bought our own garbage bags. The colors in this industrial style hotel were drab....at first it was fine then you need color.

Room and property were clean. Staff was nice. Restaurant and bar on property were open.

Street noise level in room was unacceptable. Heard police sirens throughout the night. Said breakfast included but not the case. Room service not available due to pandemic.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Love that they partner to try to get dogs adopted! Newer hotel.

The parking fee is unnecessary. It should be included in the room rate for the price of the rooms.

Hotel employee wad awesome and assisted us in changing rooms due to street noise. They were awesome and friendly!

Rooms facing street was Los at night.

Great location. The cleaning staff robbed our room while we were out. Stole my daughters ID debit card and cash from the bottom of her bag. Then proceeded to use the debit card and tried to get cash out x3, bank stopped those withdraws. Alof mgr was good.

Dog friendly hotel and someone had a dog barking in the middle of the night for an hour, super annoying! Walls are thin, ask for a room on the top floor and maybe then it would cut down on some of the noise. The mgr who handle our room theft was very nice

Location and the lobby atmosphere .

Walls are very thin . Try to stay on higher floors . Room being on second floor felt like I was sleeping beside the road . Very busy road .
