Very clean, very nice. Amphitheater gates was right next door.

It was good but not very visible. I had to ask where it was located.

I am not a fan of the bathroom doors. it lights up the room if you turn on the light.

The best hotel in Tallahassee, hands down. Great customer service, especially from the front desk. Safe and convenient location--right in the middle of Cascades Park (which is beautiful) and nearby to wonderful cafes (2 minutes from Argonaut Coffee and 5 minutes away from Power Plant). Also enjoyed the on-site restaurant.

Housekeeping could've been a bit more attentive (sometimes forgot to take out the trash or make the bed). Of course, a call to the front desk would've fixed things, but it would've nice if these basic details were taken care of.

The property was clean and nice. Also, the front desk staff were very friendly & helpful.

Some of the things I didn’t like about the property is that you have to pay for everything. To park your car, breakfast, and to warm up your food that you got from restaurants around the hotel.

The staff was AMAZING. They were very nice and respectful. They seemed happy and very eager to help. There was not one person that had a negative attitude. Everyone seemed happy to be there and they always appeared to be busy working but not too busy to help or even say hello. I can not say enough good things about all the staff. The servers, front desk, maintenence, housekeeping. Everyone was so nice. I did not valet but the guys working the valet even spoke to me walking into the hotel.

There was something wrong with the air in the room either very dusty or something. At night we would cough and choke, whenever HVAC system would come on.

Not much. I am from Orlando, FL and expected much better customer service at the nicest hotel in town.

I had over $10,000 in rooms booked for the upcoming Legislative Session. All I wanted was to use a microwave to heat the food my spouse packs for my travel once a day at night, not even multiple times. I was told it would be $15 a night for a microwave. I graduated from Rosen School of Hospitality at UCF. There is in no way, shape, or form that Marriot would want $10,000 in reservations to be canceled over a $50-60 dollar microwave. Yet, that is exactly what happened.
