We were visiting my daughter at FSU and the location of this hotel was perfect. They have fresh lattes and coffee and they also have a bar and restaurant right on site.

Location, new, clean, excellent customer service

The hotel is only four years old. It is spotless the room had the best shower Ive ever had in it. The bed was super comfortable and the whole hotel was very tastefully decorated. My only complaint would be we were never told about the $18 a day parking

Weird interaction with front desk clerk who kept waiting on people behind us in line, rolled her eyes at my one question about our room and then insulted my 8yo son (whilst he was silently standing in line with me). Restaurant food was lower quality.

Great location and very clean. Close to restaurants and the stadium. Very good value for this quality of hotel.

The hotel was inviting from the moment that I entered. The decor, lighting, smiling staff members signaled that the right decision was made in selecting this hotel for our stay.

Not enough towels, no extra pillows, hotel room was bare bones. There was a dirty old tshirt left in the balcony and it need to be swept.

This hotel was modern and very close to all the colleges in the area. Hotel staff were all very nice. Checking in/out and parking in the garage was effortless. This was the BEST Breakfast I have had at a Hotel Restaurant-hats off to the Chef.

The only suggestion would be to have a cover that run between the hotel and the parking garage for when it¿s raining.

Staff was excellent; so friendly, courteous and helpful. Check in and check out were both quick and easy.

No microwave in the room. Room slept 4. We were 3, yet there were only 2 coffee mugs, 2 keurig regular coffee pods and 1 decaf. These were not replenished the next day. There was nothing to clean our mugs with and they didn¿t replace them with clean ones

I don't like that there was garage parking at the back of the hotel and no easy back entrance. They charge 18 dollars per night for parking. They don't have a pool. This hotel is nice too stay a night or two max. Pet fee is $40 per night.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times. I love the staff, the cleanliness, the location, the bar, everything about this hotel is amazing!

We have stayed here multiple times and we like it because it's close to our daughter's apartment. There is also a lot to do nearby and we don't need our vehicle for everything.

On this last visit, the room next to ours had very loud guests in the middle of the night and it took 2-3 hours to get them kicked out. Because of that, we did not have a good night's sleep and we had a long drive the following day.
