It was very hard to find off a very busy highway. Needs bigger sign with arrow as it is located behind another hotel.

The customer service was superb, from cashier to housekeeping. Not to mention the breakfast! Hot and they kept it plentiful

We had no trouble checking in, but I would find it hard to find anything enjoyable about this experience.

Our room was disgusting. If we hadn't paid for it in advance we would have left to stay somewhere else. There was extreme mold growth in the shower in the bathroom. Something smeared and dried on the desk. Brown stains on the lamp shade.

I've stayed at this hotel a bunch if times but like any hotel after awhile it needs to be updated. THIS HOTEL NEEDS A DEEP CLEANING, SOME PAINT, CAULKING, AND REPLACEMENT OF THE EXISTING PROPERTY.

Dilapidated property - especially from just a few months ago -- I stay here every quarter.

Location and good breakfast

First room smelled like mildew. They upgraded me for free to a better room. Mold on bathroom vent, but otherwise clean. Looks like they cut corners doing renovations.

The size of the room

Cleanliness of the hotel is poor.A lot of white residue on windows and exterior of hotel. Cockroach found in my room.Card readers were broken on the outside. Swimming pool is NOT outdoors. Not enough parking spaces. Overpriced for area and service.

Down comforters need replacing. They were lumpy in our room.

Good morning breakfast was tasty, the area, nice and clean, and polite staff.

Obviously, bad management and staff. Stayed four nights and not one person ever came into my room even though I requested it twice. Had to go to front desk w/ rude staff to get towels and toilet paper. Would never recommend staying here.

The location was perfect right off I-10

At check in the desk clerk was not the friendly very dry. I was given room 103 which has a strong mildew/mold and gnats flying all over.. I requested a move of which I was granted and the room was better it was definitely not worth &--- for a 2 star hotel

This hotel is disgusting! And the staff for night time is very rude! I was not treated right! DONT NOT STAY HERE!! THIS IS NOT A GOOD HOTEL! THEY HAVE BUGS IN THE BEDS!!! I HAVE VIDEOS OF IT THE MICROWAVE HAS MOLD!!THE ROOMS ARE NOT CLEAN AT ALL!GROSS!

The location is just a minute away from the I10 highway which is a nice advantage if you are traveling.

I selected this hotel because it was close to the highway and the charging convenience. At the end, the management didn't allow me to charge my EV vehicle even though I had my own charger. Very unprofessional and unacceptable.

The pillows are too small I don't know what's happened for a king size bed there was four small pillows even if you took them out of the pillowcase as the attendant suggested they were still small I had to ask for

Location to the interstate.

Our first room smelled like Marijuana. After switching, our second room had roaches. Our third room was finally OK but at that point we just wanted to sleep.

EVERYTHING...good size closet with hangers..suitcase stand 4 bag in closet & room under 4 shoes...xl bath w full size bathtub shower...coffee pot w coffee in the bath...fridge & microwave out of sight in room...AMAZING after seeing many touring colleges!

Fairly close to FSU. And I truly enjoyed DRIVING AWAY.

Wobbly bathtub, no grab bars.Towels smelled burnt and made my hair/body smell all day. Stains on sheets. Dirty. Dusty. I¿m still itching! Hear every noise from above. Mini-size pillows. Elevator unstable. Awful isn¿t strong enough!
