Location professionalism the rooms

Access off the highway, close to gas and restaurants.

Breafast was ok.

Loud noises coming from the room above because of someone watching TV all night. My wife only got two hours of sleep. I mentioned it to the hotel staff. They did not do anything Don't pay more then $--- per night. Not worth more.

The breakfast and the server were great! The evening front desk clerk was super nice

The cleanliness wasnt as good as a Fairfield usually is. The bathroom shower needed attention and carpet needed cleaning. I booked here for the pool..no more pool.

The front desk agent who checked us in (around midnight) was very nice. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Seemed like there had been some recent bathroom renovations (a few missed spots around the tub still needed work) but nothing major

The location for travelers along the I-10 corridor is great. The bed was comfortable as was the room and amenities. The staff was very nice as well.

Very clean. Room smells great, towels are almost brand new. Staff was friendly.

For it¿s name sake this hotel can use a facelift ! Breakfast was disappointing Good location and has great potential

The staff was super friendly

It could of been a little cleaner and the floors were very uneven as well. We also experienced the our bath tub sunk in the middle a little bit. We were on the 3rd floor. Felt a little unsafe with the structure

All was great.

Pool was freezing....entire reason we booked for an indoor pool. It is NOT heated. Room dirty and towels were not refreshed. Just very outdated and unkept hotel. Bathroom door wouldn't even close. Mildew smelling rooms. Need I say more

The front desk personnel was fantastic breakfast was great

I booked the room because of the indoor pool for my grandkids and the indoor pool was ice cold grandkids didn't want to swim i was very disappointed so were my grandkids you need to put indoor pool is not heated

Reasonably priced, clean, new furniture and bathroom fixtures, excellent mattress and pillows, very friendly and helpful staff, and a great breakfast.

No everything was perfect.

The representative at the front desk was very helpful.

The location was very loud - main road and large Wal-Mart parking lot surrounded the hotel.

Modern décor helped hotel to not seem dated. Next door to WalMart.

Indoor pool was not heated. Remodeling is almost complete, and most signs of it being an old building are hidden.

Breakfast was decent, beds were comfortable

They charged my credit card for the hotel, then charged it again when I called to have it reversed. Had to call my bank to get the charges taken off. Not to mention they were in the middle of remodeling, and the air condition was too loud to sleep.

The bed and pillows were typically Fairfield wonderful.

This hotel was under major renovation. The parking lot was full of shipping bins with construction needs. Downstairs was totally only drywall. There was no breakfast as advertised as there was no place to put It. This facility should not be open.

Leaving. Actually, the person that was at the front desk was very nice when I arrived, so that might be the only redeeming quality of the hotel.

The hotel is under construction. T Two members of the staff were screaming at each other and at one point I wondered if it was going to get physical.

This hotel was under massive construction none of the amenities were available. The staff was very unhelpful the place was dirty the room was very poor

I didn't had a pleasant stay. The hotel was under construction and they were doing there construction during night time so it was hard to get sleep.

I got charged twice.
