The air conditioning went out at 2:30am and beeped continuously until 8:30am. I asked the staff at the front desk to switch me to a different room at 3am and they said they couldn’t. I told them the issue and they replied “that’s not my problem”

Very very clean and the staff is very friendly and accommodating

Would be nice to have a coffee maker in the room but not really necessary

My boss booked this room and it lives up to its 1 star rating with hole in carpet in the room and bubbled walls in bathroom. Needs a remodel. Definitely not worth the cost.

The room was extremely small. I thought there was suppose to be a microwave and small refrig. in the room. There was none. You could easily hear nose from the other room.

Room needs updating - a lot of wear and tear. This hotel has gone down every year - used to be outstanding. Appears they dont want to spend money keeping the rooms up to date

Never get the chance to view so there is no way I can give a rating for what I didn't see but from the outside appearance it seems ok

Yes the receptionist at the front desk was racist and unprofessional I didn't check in at all.all am asking for just my refund in full.thanks.the only reason I wouldn't recommend this hotel is because of the one lady at front desk

No hot water to shower, didn't get to shower. Our house was affected by hurricane and we were getting the rest of our beloved gings and had to stay at a hotel and couldn't even ahower.

No hot water, they said it's a glitch in the electrical but that sounds like there's an electrical issue then!

Phone did not work . Internet worked on and off, Pool shut down three days, wash machine and dryer needed seviceing, no ironing board

The room stank - it was supposed to be a non smoking establishment but I could smell cigarette smoke. It was also shockingly overpriced. I'm Very surprised this is a Wyndham establishment.

The fact that there was not a live person with whom you can check in with. Dealing with a person over video, to me is very impersonal. While there were people there if you had an issue , 90% of them did not speak English,so communication was an issue.

It was somewhere to sleep and shower

Air conditioner didnt blow cold air during the day. Thank goodness at night the outside temps dropped to assist the ac unit i believe.

The hotel was very clean.

The kiosk for checkin was so impersonal. Despite being very clean, there were still a few bugs in my room. And the room was extremely small.

Liked the price.

Not much to choose from at breakfast and front desk had sign to use virtual check in kiosk upon arrival. We would have preferred to check in with someone in person instead of being connected with someone offsite. No enforcement of noise after 10:00 p.m.

TV was bad, led lights shining through. I reported it.

Bathroom had no place to set anything Only one chair in the room no soft chair to sit on No coffee pot in the room and coffee only available down stairs until 9:00 in the morning

Nothing really. Only booked for hurricane threat. Will never stay or recommend this hotel. Hard to find, sign has been down for a year and never fixed. If you won't fix a sign that says you won't fix anything.

Roo Pull out sofa had the cheapest, thinnest, back stabbing mattress ever! Most uncomfortable bed EVER! Windows leaked and old, lady at front desk couldn't of cared at all. Room key automatically locked us out daily and had to get reset daily.

Amenities and cleanliness

Room did not cool down despite ac being on. AC was so weak and not sufficient. We tried to be patient but the lack of cool air temp made for a sleepless, miserable night. Tried calling front desk and no one answered.
