The room was smaller than it seemed in the photos. Housekeeping wasn't every day (at least empty garbage daily?).

Beds were comfortable

Messy stinky halls full Of trash. The rooms smelled musty had to switch rooms because of the smell. The second was slightly better but still bad. Need to steam clean carpets weekly at a minimum. Police st someone ms room, people sleeping in parking lot

The rate and location.

Storm damaged room. Shower couldn't be shut all the way off. Bathroom door had water damage above it (and rusted). Door very difficult to open and close. Breakfast at 8:45am not replenished by staff.

Desk people and especially the woman who got the breakfast set up. Very friendly.

One item. Buy better paper plates for breakfast. Cheap ones too flimsy. Told the desk.

Loved that it had a pool and hot tub, both seemed clean. The room was also fairly well cleaned and a decent selection for breakfast. Also loved that there were board games/puzzles we could borrow from the library!

Dog across the hall barked a lot, but not an issue they can fix. The shower head's pressure was poor. Also only one staff member working so if we needed towels we had to go down to the front desk to collect for ourselves.

Conveniently located near event. Very clean and staff were so pleasant. Especially the woman who was working in the dining room during breakfast. She was so helpful and pleasant with everyone.

My room had a little musty order so I had to bring the AC down to make it cooler. Otherwise everything else was great.

It was very clean and modern. Staff were customer friendly.

The bathroom door has the wrong swing, it blocks the exit from the room, the door needed to be closed to acces or exit the room

Room was clean. We enjoyed our stay and coffee even at night was nice. Spot to walk our dog out front with nice grass and dog waste station was also helpful. Parking great too.

Location right off highway..nice breakfast..clean..and newly remodeled..loved the work dest in the middle of the room

Would have given a 10.. ..but the bathroom had some mildew or mold around tub..and smelled just a little like mold in there..which was surprising for newly remodeled

Very clean, bed very comfortable, hot shower with great water pressure, location perfect around close restaurants, scenic waterview out back, staff very polite and English speaking. We will definitely stay again when we visit our family.

Not a thing

Yes i reserved rhe room online and there was no mention of a 100 deposit any where on the website. So we didnt get to stay and they refuse to give me my money back.

The location is great and the bed was comfortable. Hotel employee from the kitchen making the breakfast was an ABSOLUTE SWEETHEART!! Very welcoming, friendly, helpful and courteous.

There could¿ve been a bigger variety for breakfast and the fitness center is definitely not good.

Horrible mold smell in my room to the point I had headaches and tv signal would go out every few minutes. Would like recommend this hotel for the price I ended up paying. My son had a room on first floor and it was dirty.
