The old guy that checked me in Saturday night around 11:00 very rude disrespectful

Pool was nice and clean

No a/c for 3 days, charge $80.00 dollars on the card for pets when we didn?t bring no pets did not ask either just assume

It took the gentleman at the desk 20 mins to check us in and had to input it 2x. The hotel rooms were old and tub was not very clean

It was close to a lot of restaurants

The room wasn?t cleaned properly curtains, walls furniture was stained and the bathroom had rusted around the ceiling tub bathroom door and the ceiling also had water spots tub also had dirt or mold around it and I have pictures to prove it

Yes they had me put up $100 security deposit for some reason and they kept it at the end said I did not take out the trash out of the room I didn't know I was supposed to clean the room after I stayed there for 5 days

Nothing the only thing liked is the young lady who checked me in.

Everything they lied about the breakfast it was a total disappointment I will never stay there again

Rooms were filthy, falling apart, and smelled like old smoke. Outside was trashy, couldn?t take my kids to the pool without walking through clouds of marijuanna smoke.

The beds are comfortable

The breakfast sucks and the extra fees the hotel charges you for.

Yes hotel Manager and housekeeping, supervisor, very rude and nasty. You couldn?t even sit in the lobby because the manager would tell you to go to your room like . and a hotel supervisor I couldn?t even get towels from. She was very rude nasty.

BEST - Stacy at reception; she was kind, thoughtful, outgoing, service-oriented, and merits immediate promotion. Beds/linen comfortable, A/C, TV & elevator worked very well. Baggage cart available.

Stayed 4 days total. Water temp NEVER warmer than tepid in 2 rooms used. Poor breakfast. Despite repeated requests last 2 days given just 1 extra blanket instead of 2 wanted. Not hotel fault; aggressive beggars in parking lot; 1 dented our rental car.

staff was friendly, location is just off the list highway and close to lots of places, so that was nice.

this hotel is in desperate need of an update. furniture in room was well worn and stained, carpets very gross. hallways are dark with electrical cords hanging across the ceiling. bottom of bathroom door was all torn up, hot shower only if you're lucky

Breakfast is not a real breakfast after I got nothing the whole time I was there they said there was a bag and go you have to ask.. broken glass by pool.Roaches in room than when asked to get room cleaned nothing. Horrible hotel paid less and got better

The room stunk like mold and overall, the hotel was a little junky. I was totally not satisfied for this hotels rating. It shouldn't have been on your list.

The location of the event I had to attend was very convenient.

I felt like I stepped into 1970. The room had dingy old carpet. The bathroom has never been updated. If you are expecting a Quality Inn "quality" don't expect it at this hotel. No breakfast is offered. Only a small coffee station.

Food and convenient stores was close by.

Carpet was dirty and smelly. The bed sheets had stains in them. Room was dark, would not recommend!
