Harborside Motel & Marina

This motel was underrated, in my opinion. Our family of 6 had enough room, the kitchenette was welcome, & the pool was wonderful! The place is older, but well-maintained, freshly painted, and the grandkids loved the real keys! We plan to take them again!

Cleanliness was so refreshing and spaciousness was more than expected. Such a fun way to spend a night in a houseboat. Very quiet and relaxing location.

The limitations on when we could check in. The rest of the hotel looked quite old and so we were surprised how nice the houseboat actually was. Wish there was a continental breakfast since not very near a coffee shop or restaurant. No shampoo or condition

Nothing bad at all

Everything was perfect. Very clean and well appointed. Staff and Owner are excellent. Even after we left they helped me get the items Ileft behind shipped to my home immediately. Very caring. Will stay there again and recommend to all. Great location.

The faculty were so kind and accommodating to our group. We arrived early and wanted to use the parking lot before our check-in time and they were very accommodating. The pool was great and room was clean and spacious for the price.

We were early on arrival and our room was not ready yet which was completely understandable. We went on our way out to lunch and then early afternoon, the manager called me to let me know the room was ready. I thought that was a very nice touch! The property has a nice outdoor gathering space with tables and chairs on their waterfront. There are grills available too if you are looking to cook. The room had a kitchenette which was a suprise. We didn;t use or need it but it could be a good place for longer stays. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean.

The price was high for the location I thought - $313 for one night! This motel is right on the ege of Old town and not in the heart of Key West. It is located on a marina but so many are in the area so nothing speacial about that. The pool was very clean but unheated and too cold to use. This is a rustic motel so be prepared for some quirkyness. The bathroom door was snug up against one of the beds and very narrow. The bathroom sink was a pedastel style which makes it hard to lay out your toiletries so we used the console in the room for that instead. The back porch door doorknob was completely loose, and the layout with a kitchen was odd.

Close to all the touristy must-sees, but also in a quiet area. The outdoor grilling/seating area was really nice and I enjoyed sitting on the porch as well. Staff were super friendly and the bath towels actually covered your whole body :)
