We liked the location the best. The area around the hotel has a festive atmosphere during the day and great for people watching. At night everything quiets down and the hotel transforms into an oasis.

Free breakfast was puny at best, room needed maintenance around door.

The best part was the free breakfast and cold air conditioning! Overall, our room was nicely updated and clean. Perfect size for the two of us. Microwave and small frig were great to have. Beautifully kept grounds. Highly recommend.

Lovely buffet breakfast and nightly bar drink fantastic touch! Location:Walked to all the main attractions, shops & beach. Beautiful room & amenities! Dipping pool was the perfect way to end our day with a much needed cool off. A beautiful B&B!!!!

The coffee was terrible. Change this to another brand and all would be perfect! We are not coffee snobs by the way. Add flavored creamers as well please.

It was spotless, charming and very comfortable. It had everything one could need in the room and a delicious breakfast. Also, loved the exterior of the guest house and location!!

Beautiful place to stay in Key West. We had the Duval Room Suite. Gorgeous room with a huge bedroom and full kitchen. It had a great view. We loved everything about this place and would definitely stay there again in the future.

Great location, big room and great breakfast. Having the parking included was also a big plus.

The cleanliness was very nice and location to ocean.

only thing was location of bathroom light switch...it was behind the door.

The hotel room was nicely decorated, great location for walking and exploring.

The room had an awful water temperature issue! The water oscillates from scalding or freezing. It made for a very disappointing shower. Thankfully we only stayed one evening.

The B&B is close to the beach and the rooms are freshly renovated. The AC works fabulously!! The bar is also conveniently located on site.

The noice level is a bit loud at night but that would depend on who your neighbors are. The rooms do have a white noice machine to help.

It was an amazing experience! Staff was amazing and helpful. The atmosphere was great! It was the perfect place to stay to get a feel for the area! The rooms were so clean and decorated great!

Close to a little semi private beach, and within walking distance from bars etc but far enough where you are not going to be stepping in barf or over somebody on ground when you go back or out of your room.

Not a big deal but bathroom a little small but its a century old house lol

Room was great, sraff was friendly an excellent. Price of room for location was fantastic. Very happy with room. Clean and great view. Will definitely stay here again

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. You can tell they really care about the customer experience. The perks of wine, breakfast buffet and parking was awesome!

The location was perfect.

I thought we would actually be staying in the main guesthouse but we were in a detached building in the back. That was disappointing.

Clean, spacious and very charming. The staff is wonderful and they make feel right at home. This place has a lot of value. We plan to come back soon !
