The TV didn't work and the ceiling fan fell out of ceiling almost on my sister's head and all over my bags and staff didn't even seem to care very horrible experience.

Our room smelled musty and had a dehumidifier that needed to run continuously

Everything! Location was perfect. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The pools and surrounding areas were beautiful! The room was adorable and very clean. Nothing at all to complain about and would stay here again for sure on the next trip down

Nothing that we did not like. Other reviews complained about parking, but the receptionist recommended parking one street away and we easily found a spot.

Beds were super comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We liked the location. The pool was nice after a hot day.

It was quiet and only a short walk to Duval St

The bathroom floor tiles were cracked

Nice pools and common areas. Comfortable bed. Breakfast tokens at adjacent bakery was a good option!

Hotel guests were partying at 4:30 in the morning and there were no hotel employees around to stop them.

The grounds were beautiful and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The Corner Bakery was a wonderful place for breakfast and the walk to Duval St was short and pleasant.

The room we were in was just a little small.

The room was extremely cold. There was no extra blankets. The parking was very hard to find unless you wanted to park in a parking garage that cost extra money. Buty overall experience was good.

Hotel was clean and location was great.

Clean and quiet, staff was exceptional, bed was amazing no squeaking at all...... room was terrific size for 2 and had a couch. Free breakfast!

Much better than the pictures made it appear. Grounds and pool areas well kept. Continental breakfast was good and comfortable. Staff seemed eager to help with any issue.

No onsite parking and street parking difficult to find an empty spot.

We loved everything about this hotel! The location was perfect to walk to everything on the island, we parked our car when we got there and didn't need it till we left. The staff were so friendly too, couldn't have asked for a better first time experience

Great location close to Duval and the dock area- Very clean and friendly staff.

Had a great stay!

Great quality for the price. Ten minutes walk from Duval St. Continental breakfast is actually decent. The property is well maintained and the pools are worth a mid day swim. The staff do not go out of the way to help and serve you but are friendly.

While quality was more than worth the price considering prices of other hotels and inns in Key West, more attention to small details would have gone a long way. Early Signs of mildew on shower curtain or touching up aesthetic wall damage with fresh paint

The outside was nice

No one ever answered when you called the front desk, always received a message saying they would call back. No towels in room

The location was excellent. The parking garage is 2 blocks away, we could walk everywhere we wanted to go (within a 30 minute radius), and it was in a quiet, yet nice, part of town.

We would have liked to have had more plugs for our devices. Also, there was a light outside the room that was extremely bright and woke us up at night. The floors probably needed mopping, as well.

Bed and breakfasts used to be "breakfast" not a 'continental' style. It appears many "Bed and Breakfast" lodgings are doing this now. Things change, not always for the best.

The location was great and easy to get to anything you need. Great bakery on the corner. There are 2 pools that were refreshing at the end of a hot day. Staff was over the top. This hotel deserves a much higher rating! No parking on site.
