You stepped through the gates and it felt like an exotic tropical escape in the middle of Old Town, very romantic, 4 private pools, fantastic breakfast and no kids allowed! The owner (I think she was owner!) was so friendly as was all the staff

Location, staff, unique layout, parking

Room layout was odd. They could build out a nice kitchen in the refrigerator room for minimal expense. Bed sunk in the middle.

Hotel location was great! The room was just as pictured and described. We did have our blue tooth speaker stolen and wasn't offered anything as compensation. My diamond earring had also be misplaced and the hotel manager (blonde lady) was so very nice.

When telling staff about missing earring, they offered no help, just like with speaker, manager was close & heard & offered to help she found the earring but hadn't been told about speaker. Which was upsetting

This hotel was perfect! It was exactly what we wanted. It was centrally located. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was friendly. The grounds were neat. Breakfast was delicious.

We loved it and will stay there again! staff at the front desk was nice and accommodating. The place is gorgeous and we like how there were multiple pools to get in. Central to everything, we couldn¿t ask for a better place to stay in Kew West.

The hotel was quaint had beautiful grounds wonderful access to every place we wanted to go. I would stay here again.

Our flight changed to a later time but the hotel wouldn't allow us to stay in our room later. That was a little frustrating but other than that it was all good.

Intimate environment Great location

The central air wasn’t the best but the window unit in the bedroom was a lifesaver.

This is a great spot, hotel employee that worked the second shift, made our stay awesome she bent over backwards to make us at home. The only thing I would ask for is a microwave and a larger TV!

Great location. Charming grounds. Very quiet. Great service and cleaning.

The dresser for our room was an antique. This looks great but is clunky to use and the size is not really suitable for two people to use for a one week stay. Also the wooden and laminate surfaces in the room and bathroom are worn. TV was rickety.

The staff was amazing, the hotel is beautiful with a romantic feel, it is conveniently located near everything you need. The complimentary breakfast is delicious and they restock and clean your room daily. What more could you ask for?

Garden(s) outstanding. Rooms/cottages outstanding. 1 block off of Duval, very central to all action and/or tours to Hemingway House, Truman's Little White House, Southernmost Point, etc.

No, we loved it all. (Especially Alvin the cat).

The hotel exceeded expectations. Location was great. Ambiance was superb. Staff was friendly and professional. There was a comfort and commraderee with other guests.

Best room of the trip. Got a upgrade to Mansion 2 if I remember correctly. Great room with tons of charm and functionality.

Road noise was a bit much, but everything else made up for it.

Everyone made us feel welcome Very quiet during the evening but close to walki to the noise.

Staff was very courteous and helpful all along the way. Room was pleasant, clean, and quiet.
