Old Town Manor

no staff available, nobody answered the phone off the website. small sign by the fron door for emergency was the only reason i got in the room. if someone staying there didint point it out i would have had to book another hotel at 7pm

Unique and service was exceptional! Room clean, close to Old Town Square and absolutely worth the stay!

It's a classic inn/b&b with tons of character and very friendly staff. And the location is perfect. The breakfast was a fabulous buffet, with lots of choices, that we ate in the courtyard. My wife and I couldn't have been happier with our choice.

Check in was easy, staff was friendly and we loved the cat. He was super friendly and adorable.

Front desk staff very friendly/helpful,bed comfortable, breakfast great though could use some variation.

Rooms was shabby, bathroom could use a reno, hot water a challenge....for price paid for room, expected far better....real disappointment considering superior/high rating....would not choose this accommodation again!

Super clean. The buffet breakfast is amazing! Lots of options with salted salmon and freshly baked waffles. The whole environment is calm and elegant providing us an unique experience in old town key west.

Fantastic location, beautiful room, relaxing porch with lots of shade, refreshing infused water. Excellent choice.

Great staff, clean rooms, and a great breakfast.

The ice machine near my ground room was a bit noisy early in the morning. Eaton st can get pretty busy at times.

For the price, I expected much better.

There was MOLD in the room, and not a small amount. The entire window sill was covered in mold as well as the AC unit, which provides the air you breath, and travels directly through an air duct covered in mold.

Location was perfect, close to everything. We didn¿t need a car. Lovely reception area with fresh fruit water and tea. The breakfast was delicious.

This B & B was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. The staff was accommodating and friendly. And the location was perfect- right off Duval Street. We were not disappointed!

It is exactly as advertised. The pictures are exactly what it looks like when you arrive. We were pleasantly surprised!

Old Town Manor is a first class accommodation, from the staff to the rooms to the property. Upon our arrival the staff was friendly and efficient. The room was beautifully decorated and spotless clean. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise.

The location was great! Easy walking distance to Duval. It's an old stately home that has been refurbished beautifully. Our room was very nice. We got the room with the 2 queens and it was very large. They have a beautiful courtyard.
