Hyatt Vacation Club at Sunset Harbor

Location, friendly staff, gorgeous pool and view!!! Staff was super friendly and gracious! Location cannot be beat! We were a little nervous because we booked the king studio.. it was a great little room with a gorgeous bath with shower and soaker tub.

We loved the hotel.. the room had no view and the windows were located on the hall were other guests walked by.. but we made the most of it.

Comfortable bed very clean and great location

Charged credit card three times for deposit and hotel fee

Maintenance is a little off. Toilet seat loose drain and shower mousse shower not clean light switches work strangely. And the on-and-off smell from the wastewater treatment plant is really not pleasant.

I dont know I guess it was great to get hit with a $20 parking fee and and I just loved paying those $17.50 a day resorts fees that were not showed in my price when I booked

On there best day this place would not have wowed me at $--- a night plus add on fees for parking and there resorts fees it had no restaurant or bar and then got time share calls from there office

I booked for ocean view at first I was given a studio. so I went back an request the ocean view that I paid over dollars for. I did get the room that I booked for and it was very nice and clean. internet was very good.

The location, staff, and room were all amazing!

The only thing my we weren¿t thrilled about is that there was no swimming after dusk.

The tub stopper did not work and the thermostat did not work. I was told someone would fix it the next day-but, that didn’t happen

Got to the property had no room there two buildings where down the said there email me I didn’t get a email they should

Location is great, rooms are fine but are dated.

It’s a timeshare so don’t expect resort amenities around the clock. Rooms are pretty dated. The pool/spa close at dusk, which could be open later for expanded enjoyment.

The location was perfect and the grounds were very well kept. Rooms need to be modernized a bit.

The only positive is the hotel's location.

The hotel needs renovation. Water leaks from the kitchen ceiling, and the internet is poor.

The location of the property was perfect! Away from the noise of Duvall but close enough to wander there if we wanted to. Close to Mallory Square which is the place to be for sunset. The property itself was beautiful and the pool area was lovely. Right next to the cruise port but I believe they only allow in one ship per day so with the exception of having a look at what ship it was that day we didn’t really notice that.

Firstly, we did love this place and would definitely return. For transparency however - at 4am there was a hell of a lot of noise out the front by the car park for about 30 minutes. Not sure if it was possibly a delivery for the cruise ship or maybe emptying trash dumpsters. I’m ex cabin crew and can generally sleep through anything if I’m tired enough (which I was) but it was very loud. There were parts of the room that were a little tired. A chip out of our bathroom wall and scuff marks on the bathroom furniture. Also a lot of dust below the aircon vent in the bathroom on the wall. Just tiny little things but when you’re paying so much those tiny little “attention to detail” things should matter.

The maintenance man was extremely nice. Had a nice bed so at least we slept well.

Our A/C didn’t work had to have it fixed late at night. The Blind was broke and wouldn’t roll up. The parking garage reader did not work so had to drive else where until that was fixed. And our room had a TERRIBLE VIEW, when you looked out you only saw a tree. For paying the high rate you would expect a beautiful view.

Location was good

No room cleaning during our 3 night stay. Room was very small. Could hear the people in the connected room talking as if they were in our room. Absolutely NOT a $400/night hotel. Didn’t realize it was a timeshare property.

Nothing special cold choices of bagels, muffins , and juices.

Room near the parking garage was noisy at times. Was given an ADA room but did not request this. Room was awkward and had no table or desk to do work.
