- It was clean, lived the bathroom it looked better than the actual room! location was close to everything witch was great! The staff...very friendly!
Cons -
- I found the parking attendant a bit rude. Housekeeping did not provide new shampoo bottles. Parking is terrible. The spots are way too small for most cars.
- when we first checked in, young man at desk was condesendant and not very accommodating. A supervisor had to intervene at check out. Room was substandard.
- Advertise beach area, thats why we picked room. There is a little sand and a made up area with few chairs. No beach! Rediculous!

The furniture was beat up and a little out dated would rate more like 2.5 to 3 stars on hotel bit expensive to have hard towels in the room but then again it is key west!
Excellent workers esp Management. The location is great
