The Garden House - Adult Only

Did not have room service until 3 days into our trip. Had to go and get towels for our room. Breakfast one morning was bad, had to throw it out and get food somewhere else.

Location was great, just two blocks away from the marina with all the restaurants and the busy Duval street. The breakfast was very good (coffee, juice, tea, waffles, fruits, jam, honey, Muffin) and in a nice garden area. The owner was very friendly.

The room is very basic. It¿s a bed and breakfast not a hotel. If you like luxury you will not like it at all. We paid $200/night but I think i would rather pay up to 100 or 150 for what it is.

Cute and quaint little getaway spot. Check in was all online and the rooms were a keyless entry which was so nice because you didn¿t have to think about loosing a key while in the Keys. The morning host was very accommodating and offered breakfast.

Sammy and Katie the dog. Fun and great service. Near Duval and the Seaport. Perfect location.

The pool is small and needs to have stains removed. The bathroom is small, sink is in the bedroom. Toilet area is cramped.

Hotel employee is the best thing about this B&B, he is a breath of fresh air and his energy and personality made us feel right at home. Also the location is fantastic, far enough away from duval to not have the noise but close enough to walk everywhere.

we stayed in room 10 which from what i could tell was probably the worst room only due to its location, right next to the common area/pool so the lights that stay on all night kept us up and the noise from people going back and forth past our room.

great location close to Duval Street and the Key West Express ferry. Nice continental breakfast in the morning with fresh waffles if you desire.

Location and staff is friendly and helpful.

Parking is not guaranteed and street parking is limited.

The room was so small!! Also the key west rental company was so beuracratic and inflexible when it came to a few little things. Not bed and breakfasty at all, just like a mini motel basically

The TV did not turn on half the time.The stairs to our room were poorly lit with lights. there were no end of step markings on steps which caused me to fall and sprain my ankle.The shower was extremly small. Approximately 2.5 ft X 2.5 Ft.Limited ice
