We should hav asked for a ground floor room. The stairs were killer with luggage

Property was beautiful, 3 pools are lovely. Bar area is perfect, breakfast exceeded my expectations.

The shower in room 65 is teeny tiny and as a petite female, even I found it difficult to get in and out of.

The room was very spacious (Room 58). The garden and foliage were gorgeous. The breakfast was more substantial than expected. Our room was perfectly located.... near the pool, bar, and breakfast room.

Not much seating at the pools.

Very quaint with an old Florida appeal. Nice and quiet and only a few steps away from Duval St.

Bathroom was warm. A/C had to run 24/7.

There were bugs in the room, in the bed and in the bathroom!!!! The staff acted like it was no big deal, would not change our room. Said they would send maintenance to look at it. There was no coffee bar in the room. Many more things!!!

The beautiful setting with its lush foliage and small areas to hide away and sit in a swing or hammock for quiet time. The property included many bungalows but the way they were situated gave lots of privacy to each one. Beautiful!

The breakfast was nice and offered a large variety of items. However, it would have been nice to have 1 or 2 gluten free options (toast, pastry).

I love the ambience, quiet, relaxing the hotel is. I really enjoyed my stay.

No one cleaned our room the first night. They did the second night.

Lovely grounds with swings and hammocks and outdoor seating. Great location near the heart of old town, but not too close.

I didn't realize I was going to be charged to park my car at the hotel.

Good morning breakfast, but the hours are much too short and should be extended. 8-10am is too quick and on two (2) days we ended up missing the breakfast for various reasons.

The swimming pool experience was a bit dull and boring, and the pools are small. It would have been nice to have some light background music in the background to liven up the mood. So I thought the pool experience was very underwhelming.

The room we stayed was overall clean. However , the ventilation in the bathroom and the one on the wall by the bed are full of dust that is obviously visible and gross.

Breakfast was really nice. Location was close to everything in Old Town.

Snall bathroom. I would have expected better mattress for a four star hotel. We had to climb stairs. Wiould have been nice if they asked if we needed downstairs as the inn was not full.

Room was very clean, but almost every drawer was broken. Safe was in a broken drawer, so it wasnt accessible. When we had room cleaned and refreshed, we received fresh towels, but had to call for clean washcloths and toiletries.

The rooms are tiny as well as the bathrooms.We had to carry our luggage up 2 flights of narrow concrete steps not ideal for older people.
