Wicker Guesthouse

Location, great pool, great staff

Hotel employee at front desk is fantastic! Great pool. Location is in the action of Key West.

Loud from the restaurant next door and the street. City trash pickup is also very early.

Nice, typical "Key West type" accommodations. The property was a sprawling jigsaw puzzle, but in a way that made you find something new every day depending on your walk around the grounds. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was large enough for our needs.

The breakfast was a bit lacking as compared to other Key West properties we have stayed at. But with that said, the breakfast was not a factor in us staying here.

Location was great, free parking

Had to leave keys at desk to use free parking

Location and staff. Bed was comfortable and shower was hot. Continental breakfast was good.

Very old. TV did not work first day.

Location

Cold shower , room need renovation

Spacious for 4 adults and location

I thought we were getting 2 bedrooms but was only 1 and a futon and sofa sleeper in the living room area.

Location, free breakfast, staff.

Mold in the aiir conditioning unit, pillows were flat and not comfortable, lots of loud people/music due to the location.

Location and courtyard pool.

Room was out dated, poorly maintained.

On Duval Street, close to Mallory Square.

Always ran out of breakfast items. Floor needed to be mopped.

The location is perfect, staff very friendly but most importantly it was so CLEAN! I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the room. This is Old Town Key West and some places are not the cleanest, our room was absolutely spotless. Very happy

Not the easiest parking

Size and cleanliness of the room

Location

Hot water was iffy

Great location and very well kept.

Great location, nice comfy room.

Continental breakfast kind of skimpy

Very comfortable room. Breakfast was good. Location was fabulous. Couldn't ask for better staff as she was very friendly and helpful.

The steps up and down to and from the tub are trecherous, especialy for someone in their 70's! The toilet seat needs to be tightened down and the hot water situation for the shower is sub-standard for this price of a room.

Location , good bfast, kind staff , nice property

Mattress cover dirty filthy

It was a good location. Appropriate landscaping around pool and rooms. King bed was comfortable.

Room was old and not well kept. bathroom had a nasty jacuzzi tub with two steps up to get into tub which i would not have used anyway. Black mold was on tub caulking. Shower head cold water was not marked as hot water so i did not get a shower. That should not have to be marked it should be fixed properly. Overpriced for conditions of room. Parking was tight. Toilet was right up against wall and very low. Not a good overall experience. Your cleaning staff were friendly.

Not anything

Room was too small, was told there was parking not that they would park your car on the street, mold in the room, didn't clean the room even though we put the sign up, booked two rooms together and we were not together even though there were empty rooms. Not happy with the accommodations, price paid and check in person

Nice breakfast

Picture was in accurate. Stayed in room where floor was not level, felt like floor was going to give way when I walked on it and room was not restocked with coffee supplies and TV was wonky
