The location and the view of the room was amazing.

A/C in the hall ways and elevator were not existant. I would definitely look into that and getting more elevators.

The rooms were nice and clean. There was a very nice view. The pool was wonderful.

THE ELEVATORS! A minimum of 10 minute wait for an elevator ride. There are almost NO amenities at this hotel. There's a bar at the pool that serves food but only ever has one person working there.

No towels elevators didn¿t work right no cable in living room

The gentleman working the pool bar was very helpful. The front staff were very pleasant, helpful and accommodating.

The room wasn't as clean as I thought it should be. you could tell it had been swept but not mopped

The view was amazing.

No towels or wash clothes. Toilet stopped up and no one came to fix it. Was charged more than quoted

Plenty of space. Good amenities (oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, etc). Good pool and fairly close to the beach.

Pool closes too early (7pm) & the bar closes at 6pm. Certain amenities were missing (wash cloths, a knife, coffee filters, etc). The beach chair staff were rude and lazy. Not enough elevators for the amount of guests.

Most beautiful suit ever! The Desk Staff were all amazing and over the top helpful! Such a welcome change! We flew in early on a red eye We were exhausted and asked if we could please have an early check in? No problem at all! Best Guy Ever!

We need a sharpie knife and also a blender for morning and post workout smoothies:))

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel, I had the best stay.

Room is very nasty

The apartment, so nasty and dirty leftover food stains on the couches and roaches. There’s been a total of three roaches. I killed in less than 24 hours.. there was mold at the bottom of both showers. Spoke with management and housekeeper management they offered to put us in another room way to look at that room and it was exactly the same so we decided to stay in the world we were. They were sending a housekeeping to come and clean the next day, but they can clean all they want, but and it doesn’t get rid of the roaches.

My room which was room 204 was very dirty and furniture was broken off which I have video and pictures of and informed the staff about it in hopes to maybe switch the room but it was unfortunate I wasn’t able to

I liked the location, the size of the apartment, the terrace, the swimming pool.

The people working at the reception desk waited a very long time for us to check in with a small child, everyone didn't care, they really don't respect their client, who pays such a lot of money, because of this we lost a whole day of our vacation, the situation with the elevators is terrible, you can wait 30-40 minutes just to go up to your apartment, the situation with the keys is terrible, the card simply didn't work every day, you had to wait in a big queue just to get to the reception desk to renew the key, the queue is organized, because of which everyone has some problem, and no one cares about it. They charge a fee for a service that is absolutely not there. They promised us to cancel this fee, but of course no one did. They need to recruit responsible staff and people who care about their client, it's a real shame that such a beautiful place is falling into disrepair.

Housekeeping kept trying to enter my unit and very times. One being past 8pm at night. Unable to lock door from the inside too. Two elevators were not working. Had to wait over 10 mins trying to go up and down elevator. The staff was using same elevators making things worse with their carts. Appliances were dirty. Phones didn’t work in unit. Tv didn’t work in main part of unit. Fire alarm went off in middle of night. The ac unit was squealing. Unable to lock my door from the outside when trying to check out.

The pool, the staff were very friendly and helpful at the pool , pool cafe and front desk.

The elevators….between 9 and noon you had to wait over 20 minutes to get up or down. The beach was a little disappointing. The beach chairs are very old and staff there were not helpful.

Very large rooms and bedrooms. High end and very uptodate. Very clean.Valet parking was extremely efficient.

15 minute wait for an elevator at times!!!This was bad enough that people would walk down the stairs and we were on the 24th floor. There are 4 elevators so we don’t understand why they have such delays.If arriving by car the driveway is extremely poorly marked.The resort fee, the parking fee, the cleaning fee, and various other fees and taxes are such that the actual per diem cost is almost 100% higher than the quoted daily rate.

The apartment is really comfortable and nice. Well equipped, just lacking some kitchen instruments. An espresso machine would be a plus.

There is an issue with elevators that make it difficult to get in and get out of the apartment. This type of building should have at least two elevators more or even bigger/faster ones.The cleanliness wasn’t optimal, we even found cockroaches in the kitchen.

Terrible. That’s all.

No air conditioning, oven didn’t work, waited forever for elevators to come up and down and missed two dinner reservations because of that, beach chairs were disgusting and cramped next to a hundred other people, beach workers were rude.
