Downtown Hollywood Gardens Inn & Suites

The only thing that I liked about this hotel was the girl that checked me in and how honest she was about her manager and her slash owner wouldn't even refund me or try to make me happy for being a very unhappy resident. Ident

I had no hot water and my little baby had to take cold baths and I didn't shower and a couple hours before I would have to check out the room moved me lthy and full of bugs. The rolooked nothing like the pictures and it was all false advertisement

I knew the hotel was not going to be the best, but the pool was dirty the staff was rude and hard to find. Basic things like a cup to take medication in the morning. Will not return.

Cheap

Rooms are run down and need a refresh. Pillows and beds uncomfortable

QUIET

Too much insects..Roaches

Rooms with a musty smell. The shower doesn’t work well and is partially broken, and the sink faucet doesn’t function properly. I would not return to this hotel considering the price you charge and the value received — very disappointing.

All

The hotel is a great bargain. Of course, it's austere. But if you are hoping for a clean, quiet, safe inexpensive place to stay, it's a great place. Friendly staff. I'm a frequent traveller and now regularly stay here.

Location

Pool was closed, front desk was rude, shower was broken

Everything. cleanliness, welcoming staff, only hotel that is exactly as pictured shown. The grounds are very clean and maintained.

The pool

The lights went out while I was there, lots of drugs in use

I liked the housekeepers only they were very friendly, nice, and always provided me with all my needs.

Yes, I was put in a room that was all the way to the back with no type of view. I saw this guy going into people rooms who had do not disturb signs on them, the power kept cutting off I was told because I used the hair dryer, and roaches was everywhere.

Pool an very home like feeling rooms are nice

Some of the house keepers are very noisy an they don't come to ur room to ask if u need anything but will complain when u have left some things in the room

The location. Close to everything I needed. Room very clean. Staff helpful and polite.

Iron did not work the best

Location

NO PRIVACY!! General Manager Hotel employee gave staff orders to watch guest go in and out of rooms. Hotel employee also told housekeeping to enter rooms every other day, claiming to clean. Guest's must vacate room each time. We killed 3 Large Palmeto roaches in room.

The hotel is very clean. It does not look magnificent on the outside, the location is very close from everything. The rooms are very clean.

The outside.

Parking was easy, free. Pool was very nice. Pool towels were accessible. Great tv.lots of channels.

It's old. Rooms are small.

Price was amazing. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Pool was well maintained Room was surprisingly nice compared to exterior appearance and neighborhood.

Parking was horrible. Drove around block trying to find lobby entrance. Housekeeping hung out in lobby in the morning blocking access to coffee. At first wasnt sure if they were employees or homeless vagrants. No one at front desk to check out @ 9am.

Clean. Convenient. Very nice staff.

Construction surrounding the premises made parking a bit difficult, but still manageable.

Clean rooms newly renovated nice pool

no breakfast

This hotel exceeded all expectations the rooms are ALL completely remodeled and it the staff everything was absolutely spectacular!! I have lived in Hollywood and moved to Georgia years ago. I never realized this Rodeway Inn prior to my Stay. WOW

I loved this hotel nothing I didnt like

Very clean. Will definitely be back.

They were late to open the lobby. Ice machine in the lobby not accessible after 11pm.Makes you wonder if area is safe.
