The cleanliness and the staff professionalism

Never had a room cleaning or towel, supply change for a 3 day stay. Thats BAD!!! without at least refilling my coffee station in the room forced me to even buy a very expensive simple cup of Starbucks coffee. There was no complimentary coffee station.

The relaxing atmosphere

Room service took long and they charge you for internet plus the fees were constant and they charged $500 as a hold that wasnt ever mentioned.

Location

Lots of construction going on. In of their pools closed and you didn’t disclose that. Access to beach wasn’t convenient at all.

The view. Its right on the beach. The view from the room is amazing.

One thing i didn't like was everything was expensive. It all costs $20.

Beautiful hotel many pools reminded me of Vegas

First arrival it?s beautiful lobby is huge almost reminded me of the Venetian in Vegas. The typical people hogging oool seats at 7am. Too many kids couldn?t even get in the hot tub. and all the miscellaneous resort charges it?s 45$ extra per day.

Pool area

The staff are rude in the breakfast area, she was so disgusting rude it?s like she was bothered we even sat down. She watched us the entire time and called me unsanitary. They had construction going while we were at the pool with them walking around us.

I loved the beachfront location and everything located within the resort.

The furniture in the room was partially missing and the minifridge and coffee machine were just on the floor in the corner.Beach staff ignored my request for a towel, and after standing there for 10 min I walked around and got my own. Last stay was better

Patio dining - we sat there for 20 minutes and not 1 person came to take a drink order - even after we said something. We ended up getting up and walking out.

Beautiful pool and helpful staff.

I didn't like the fact that I was not informed that the infinity pool was undergoing maintenance, so the upper deck was closed to guests.

The Playa Restaurant by the pool, great food, drinks and service.

All the construction, and I?ve been coming for years no updates around the pool Area since it opened! Did not like the The Hotel Bar food or drinks. Wish there were better options for dinner.

Location and Amenities.

The shower head wasn't working properly and the sink didn't drain well..We also had to be moved to a different room due to the smell of smoke and the room wasn't cleaned very well. The staff who assisted us were very courteous.

The person who checked me out didn?t even say thank you for staying. Didn?t even say have a nice day. An AI could have done better. I expect more from an expensive hotel. Also, your resort fee is ridiculous.

Right on the Beach, music and great staff

Construction going on. Our bathroom toilet was leaking the 2nd night. Tipping fees mandatory for all service. Then a Daily and parking fees Added, very expensive. We were not told about the fees at the time of check in. My Amex alerted me of charges.

The valet and bell staff.

Extremely crowded, construction causing areas to be closed. They tried charging me $50 for an extra 30 minutes. Parking very expensive. Ice machine broken, no laundry bags. Room not very clean and furniture stained. Smelled like marijuana on our floor.

Staff and hospitality

Pool should be open till a bit later. And the water fall should not be turned off so soon. People are on vacation and don?t want to be stuck in their rooms

The location is the best. It is just in front at the ocean. Also, the view from the room was amazing and relaxing; a lot of miniature light shining.

They had a closed pool (remodeling) and did not inform us. It is important to keep the customer informed. The hotel doesn't know if I, for example, selected their hotel just to use and take pictures in that pool.

Grounds were nice and location nice

The hotel was under construction and we got stuck on the elevator multiple times. Rooms were very dirty and service was poor

The staff was great!

Ants in our room. bed was very hard and uncomfortable.
