Golden Sand Oceanfront

Location at the beach.

Shower fixtures didn?t work very well. The added cleaning fee seemed excessive. Really needs updating.

It?s on the beach directly, which was nice to wake up to!

Very difficult to find in the dark had to circle multiple times. No parking nearby so had to park at public parking and walk.

Great room right on the beach. It was very clean and served the purpose for what we needed.

Our room did not have bath towels when we checked in, just face and hand towels and when we called the front desk no one answered. No iron/iron board available either.

This hotel was disgusting had locked boxes on every door it was dirty it smelled like they sprayed so much things in it to cover up I did cancel and I got my money back especially during covid-19

Horrible experience. It's was over 90 degrees outside and the A/C wouldn't even cool to its capacity. Complained about it and the supervisor just came in to increase the temperature which is not the concept of making an A/C cooler, you have to lower it.

Everything was not to my liking. Will never rent from there again.

Location was ideal. Nearby restaurants and beach.Staff was friendly and helpful.

Tony was great location could not be better and parking spot really helped us out.

The property was right one the beach, but right over a restaurant that blast music from 8 am until 1 am so loud the floor vibrated. The room is large and had a kitchen which was helpful.

The beds were hard as rocks. The owner was very kind to allow us to switch rooms, but the beds were all very old and hard mattresses. There was no caulk under the shower door causing a river after every shower that we had to mop up. The loud music the entire stay defeated the purpose of our vacation which was to relax.

It is small, a great shared balcony for all guests. Closeness to the beach is perfect.

The rooms are above very loud restaurants. The mattress/ bed frame is poor quality. Clean room, but the beds are cheap metal frames!

The staff was very informative , friendly and helpful to surprise my sister for her 70th Birthday. Thank you, for making my sister's birthday weekend very special!

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff helpful with bringing our luggage up and down the stairs. Beautiful view of the ocean.

If you are a light sleeper being on the Broadwalk in general may not be the best option for you!

To be honest just i didn't like the idea to pay extra for parking lot?They should at least mention that part when you're booking the room to not get surprised?

The manager we dealt with was very nice. The location was fabulous and parking is right behind the hotel. It also has a nice patio/balcony area to sit and read. The room also had a kitchen which was convenient.

The bed was very, very soft with no support at all. The hotel is right above a restaurant that played music loud until midnight. I did use earplugs and was fine, but you did need the earplugs!

Room was run down, the pictures are misleading. This property is a 5 at best, location is what it has going for it.
