The room I reserved was at steps of the beach

No phones on the room so every time we need something have to walk to the office

The booking states this room have 4 beds, it does not, no room there has 4 beds is what I was told when asked. Kitchen is not fully stocked as advertised, there is nothing in the cabinets. Not even a coffee cup.

Complete total rudeness of the staff Maria was just yelling and screaming at everybody. There some guy had the wrong date from the card and she kept yelling at him that he was stupid and couldn?t read instead of just explaining he had the wrong date.

Nothing places was a nightmare from the start. Place is basically a construction site, it was a maintenance man in my room ten minutes after I had complained. Very misleading advertising photos. They will scam you! NO REFUNDS given for wrong rooms!!!!!!!!

The place is rotting from the inside out. The room you pay for is not what you will get and they will not REFUND you. The rooms are dirty I walked room is covered with sand. The doors won¿t shut close, the toilets don¿t flush had to find out the hard way

Location was right on the beach

Dirty, broken EVERYTHING in 1st room; dirty, cockroaches in 2nd room. Mold smell coming from utility closet due to MOLD! I wish I could throw away everything I had with me

EVERYTHING else. Service sucked - no maid service to speak of. The room was NOT as advertised - the pics varied so greatly from the room I was having a hard time believing they put us into the ONE BED ROOM room we booked.

Right on the beach

Bathroom had window with improper coverings right out to the walkway were people come up the stairs. Towel rack broken under the window. Loud parties going on all night. The smell of weed when you come out the door to the courtyard.

Hidden fees over 200.00 beyond what you disclosed...terrible staff roaches in room

Felt unsafe. Sketchy hidden fees, sketchy staff and guests.

Great beachfront location.

It took over an hour to check in. Staff was unprofessional. We were given the wrong room number and wrong key code. One of our rooms was remodeled and pretty nice. The other room had not been remodeled and was dirty and smelled bad.

Can't tell how disgusted I was in 255 characters. Worse place I have ever, ever stayed in. And the clerk at the check in was surly and unprofessional. My family used to stay here and it was pristine. This was supposed to be a happy nostalgic trip. Horribl

Location Location Location and pool

One shower never got hot and I wish I had something to keep up on cleaning the dishes! And one toilet needs fixed but overall I loved my stay! Oh and I wish you could have a number to get ahold of front desk on the website!

By the Beach

Check in took 1 1/2 hours. Room was not the room I requested (queen bed versus king bed). Window blinds were broken and you see through them from the outside. $50 cleaning fee per day included placing a bag of towels on the door -- no cleaning.

The beachfront location was the only positive thing about this place.

The photos are VERY misleading. This place was so dirty and disgusting - mold, rust, dirt, bugs, grime, broken cabinets and doors - you name it.

No cable, bathroom needs to be upgraded. Windows needs to be upgraded. Directions to the main office needs to be clearer. Location of room tags can be better. I walked around the entire building before I found my room.

Only good thing to say about this place is location. I'm the type of person that doesn't really look for a fancy hotel, all we need is room, pool and that's it. This didnt even make it to a 2 from a scale of 1-10. Stay away!!!!1

Super disappointed, this is NOT a hotel.They have properties and its more like a motel and the lobby is not close by. We checked in to a room that was not what we asked for,as we were checking in,lots of people complaining. Couldn't cancel we had prepayed

Check-in was a mess. There were four staff members at the desk, but they were at least as busy chatting and gossiping as helping guests. Because the office is for multiple properties and instructions were not included, I initially had trouble finding it.

Leaving and going to a different hotel all together. This place is gross

The only thing that looked clean was the bed, which was not even a normal bed. It was a lumpy Murphy bed. Awful! Seriously, it looks like a $-- motel that is in need of an overhaul. look at the reviews, the poor reviews and pics are accurate 100%!

No blinds in the bathroom windows. Blinds missing in all other windows as well. Roof leak in master bathroom. Paint peeling and flaking throughout. Ants in the kitchen. Filthy walls with spills running down door and walls. Looks nothing like the pictures!

Needs to be updated..furniture, peeling paint, stuck furniture drawers. Couldn't turn on TV very complicated. Door panel keyboard was not legible hard to put code in

The place was dirty, disgusting, moldy, toilets weren¿t bolted down, blinds missing & broken, bed sheets stained and dirty, bathroom dirty, rusty, front door rusty and key pad didn¿t work, sidewalk broken up, pool filthy, property not maintained
