Hollywood Hotel Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood Airport/Cruise Port

Staff everyone was great

Rooms need to be better , windows let’s the humidity and the noise into the room to much

Staff was great after we arrived. Breakfast was a confused mess. Getting people to answer the phone for shuttleshuttle ride was a joke took over a hour we were told they would call us when arriving (never happened)

Next to I95 and very loud

Clean, simple

No mini fridge? Said they deliver one?? Last time there was extra small one in room. Shower controls against front wall-no access without getting COLD/wet! Tiny hand sink area, faucet barely extends into basin!???!? Elevators are, uh, outdated/slow.

There is nothing to like about this Hotel!

Best Western Plus Ft Lauderdale Hollywood Airport Hotel was shockingly unpleasant. Filthy room, awful smell, stained mattress, and grimy furniture—felt more like a kennel than a hotel. Completely unacceptable.

If unable to check in early there is an allowance made to store your bags until check in. clerk let us check in early

I felt unsafe the entire time. The only door to the hotel that worked was the front door. The lobby smelled. The halls wreaked of pot. The room was dirty. The air conditioner was loud and rattled. The lights in the bathroom didn?t work.

Next to Denny?s and great airport shuttle

Lobby was very uncomfortable with low seats, no chair backs, no vending machines

Not sure if it was the shuttle company or the hotel. But the shuttle to the airport was $45 before 6AM and we had an early flight and the only reason we booked this hotel was for the shuttle. Ended up getting an Uber for our early ride to the airport.

Location and room was comfortable

No pool or area to lounge outdoors! No mention of it being closed on checking. It's florida!

I was awoken at 3:00 am by a cockroach crawling on my arm

Free shuttle service to and from the FLL airport.

Only one luggage rack; room phone did not work; no refrigerator in room; room was not ready at 3:00 pm;

It had a nice breakfast.

We had to wait til 3 exactly to get our room after a red eye. When I got in the shower there was absolutely no shampoo or soap. I had to dry off, dress and go down to the lobby. They said they couldnt take care of that til housekeeping came in.

The bugs that were all over the sink, the bed, the phone and around the TV

Musty, Mildew smell. Rustb and mold on lampshades.

Good combination of price and quality

Even for a hotel breakfast the breakfast left a lot to be desired. No outlets that were easy to access by the bed.

Nothing, i didn't stay at this hotel.

I didn't appreciate being put in a room that wasn't fit too stay in.

Water pressure was pretty bad.

Very uncomfortable bed and pillows. I barely got 2 hrs of sleep

Toilet clogged and called 3 times and no one came to unclog toilet. Elevator door closed unexpectedly on me and wouldn't reopen. The breakfast was bad. The staff was not that friendly. No one really understands English properly, so it was hard to communicate. The bathroom leaked water through the sealed door onto the entire bathroom when taking a shower.
