Couldnt get anyone to check us in, when they did, they gave us a key that dis not work, room was flooded by the AC Unit, Cops beating on the doors, party going on at pool with drugs, staff was participating. We left the hotel we did not stay.

The price and free breakfast.

Several of the gates were open late at night which allowed anybody on hotel property which is a security issue. They should be closed and able to be open with your room card.

The location was convenient for the Concert at the casino and beach

No Ice Machines!?!?! The night security guard was VERY NICE and helped us out.

This hotel room, dis not have chairs, desk, no tissue paper & no hands soap

There was cleaner on the floor that was very slippery, the one chair suitable to sit in which broken, the grounds are very sketchy, I would not stay here if it were free.

Management was family, but little help

NO: tea, coffee, extra blanket, poor WiFi, Room walls were painted, but a lot of bath room water damage showing ,Shower head busted fell off taking a shower. Water sprayed all over. Everything got wet. No maintenance person or help to clean up.

IT ARE CLOSE TO SHOPPING AREAS SO THEREFORE IT IS VERY CONVENIENT

YES THERE ARE NO BREAKFAST , IT NEEDS TO UPGRADE I LOVE THE PREVIOUS HOTEL QUALITY

The location. How close it was to a lot of places.

The room was not designed for tall people. I reserved a king size room and all I received was sorry you get 2 small bed. The shower I had to bend down to shower. It was an uncomfortable experience.

Absolutely NOTHING! Very deceiving pictures on website! Probably taken when hotel first opened a long time ago!! You should be ashamed of yourself for false advertising! The price of the room is ridiculous for the quality! Do not stay here!!!

Not even coffee?! No one at front desk after 7 PM which should be the first clue. Asked and PAID for a Junior Suite, room had a small futon with no sheets, full size bed, toilet that wobbled, constantly running water tub, non working tv remote! Horrible!

I left as soon as I checked in. No one was at the front so I lost all my money. Walked to the hotel beside them. Rooms were gross and smelt horrible. Bathroom was disgusting.

Nothing at all. Room was dirty, no towels no blanket or nothing and no staff available to help.

I never stayed there wanted a deposit and I was not able to pay for it 100$an I was not told that so I didn't stay an it was none refundable ¿¿

The hotel needs to be inspected honestly. Very dirty, mold spell. In the room. Furniture turn any kind of way. In the room. The paint on the walls and entrance of the peeling off. No remote control to the Television. Files. Inside the room, The sheets old

There was nothing about this hotel that met our expectations

It was dirty, only a sheet on the bed, no toiletries, not even soap to wash our hands. All appliances were unplugged and not even in their appropriately places. It felt like a pay by the hour you see in a movie.

Location. Other than that, nada.

Not clean. No coffee pot. No front desk help... VERY tough to get anyone to help or respond. If I had another option, I would've walked away.

Ants walking in the bathroom, toilet seat damaged(not a nice look) Bags next to the trash can, A/C has a strange smell, stinks at the bottom of the stairs, Water puddles in the midddle of the walk way

The staff was nice.

It was roaches in the room, the walls was dirty.

The hotel pic is nothing like the pic. There were roaches and the room was unclean. We had to find another stay and I would like a full refund. I don¿t know why your policy requires I still pay for one night if I didn¿t even stay a min in the room.

The hotel didn't look anything like their pictures in the site. The room had a funky smell. The walls and floors were dirty. The bathroom light didn't work and when I called they said they were going to send someone to fix it and that person never came.

We asked for wash cloths since we were there for a few days. Said they had nine and the lady was yelling at us. No breakfast or pool bar like it said. Place looked like people were living there. Not a good choice and wished we could get money back.
